Okay, oh my God, something just happened to me today and it was something I've never experienced before (kinda) but it freaked me out too much to not write it down.

Okay so basically, if you didn't already know, I go through this bizarre thing called— sleep paralysis.

Basically, when I wake up, i don't wake up. Does that make sense? Like I'm fully aware of my surroundings but I can't move like at all. Not my legs, not my arms, barely my eyes, like seriously this actually happens.

And I tend to lose my breath in the process and it's all just ughhhh.

it's the scariest shi to ever exist I kid u not.

Anyways, i remember a while ago that it was good to sleep around someone so if they notice your "attack" (I think that's what u call it) they can shake you up or something (obvi I haven't done much research)

And my best friend had slept over yesterday night, and so while we were getting ready for bed in my room, I was telling this.

I told her if it looked like I was ever struggling, to come and shake me. (For some reason I had a hunch that I was gonna have a sleep paralysis attack thing.

She looked kinda freaked out, but she still agreed.

And so, we went to sleep.

In the morning however, I woke up, and couldn't move.

My God, if you just understood what it felt like to have the breath almost sucked out of you, I swear man.

Luckily, I was turned to the side where I could see my friend. And then with all my strength, with all my will power, I was able to shake my feet and let out a muffled sigh.

But I was still wasn't able to move. It was only my feet that I was moving.

I hoped with everything that my friend would finally get the hint that I was having an "attack", and hat she would just shake my body so that I could be freed of this torture.

But this bish did nothing.

Absolutely nothing.

Like I bewildered and just like Wtf??

Your best friend feels like she's dying and even after she clearly told you what to do when she's in this state your standing there doing nothing.

And like I remember clearly having eye contact with her, giving her a scared look and like I remember I was whimpering, because that was the only noise that I could make and then finally,

I was fully awake.

Just as I was about to turn to give her a piece of my mind for watching me suffer, it turns out

she

wasn't.

there.

She never slept over, I don't even have an extra bed for someone to even have a sleepover in my room.

And the Im just like, wtf??????

After that, I went back to sleep but still had like 2 attacks and my God, I was just ready to give up.

And now that I think about it, I still don't know wtf happened.

I was awake, but I was having a sleep paralysis attack, but at the same time I was having a dream, but i guess never really woke up from the dream??

Aaannnyways.

Yeah.

That actually happened to me and idk what to think TBVH.

Too much pudding and ice cream cake maybe???
