  Hwa -Young POV

I let out a deep sigh as I stared at myself through the mirror. I come across the world to be an entertainer and yet... nothing. I slowly walked towards the door and grabbed my stuff and headed out.

School... the place where we are told to learn and find yourself yet only end up being led in a direction we are told to go. At least, that's the way I see it. My parents wanted me to still study in school even if I am still going to be in entertainment. I dread going to school. I'm a good student don't get me wrong but for me it's bland and plain. The classes are boring and the lessons just seem to go on forever. Jr goes to the school as well so I guess it won't be too bad...

All I could feel were stares as I made my way through the main entrance of the school and into the main office. I slowly walked up to the desk waiting for the desk lady to acknowledge me.

"Hi, I'm the new student here." I said.

She handed me a packet with a bunch of information and my schedule. I started to wander around the halls trying to locate my locker as I stared at my schedule and the mini map of the school she gave me. Without noticing I end up running into someone.

"I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going." I apologized.

I looked up to see a group of girls standing there.

"Oh it's okay. You must be new here, my name is Haneul." She greeted happily. She held her hand out and just as I was about to take it none other than Jr and his friends show up. Jr slings his arms around my shoulders.

"Hey Hwa-Young, how are you liking the school so far?'' He asks.

I smile at him "Good."

Just as the words escape my lips, in the corner of my eye, Haneul's smile disappears and turns into more of a hurt look. As I turned my head to fully look at her, I see that she is smiling again...I guess I saw wrong...

"Hey Haneul, I was wondering if you could show me where my first class is." I asked.

"Yeah, sure."

"Hwa-Young, I can show you if you want." Jr suddenly says.

"No!U-uhh no.. no it's fine I can show her Jr, you can just go with your friends." She suddenly says.

He nods slowly and we begin to disperse into our separate ways. We began to walk through the crowded hallways together awkward silence hung between me and Haneul.

"U-umm Hwa-Young?" She asks.

"Yeah?"

"A-are you close with Jr?" She asks kind of nervously.

"U-uhh well...yeah...kind of... I mean we ar-" I began to say,

"Because you shouldn't trust him." She says suddenly cutting me off.

"Excuse me?" I say surprised.

She sighed "Look, I think the only way for us to be cool is if you and Jr are not close because I'm not sure if you know this but, Jr and I used to date... he cheated on me and he's just... a player."

I was speechless. I didn't know who to trust, I thought Jr was better than that, but then again, I probably haven't known him as long as her but, I also just met her. Ugh what do I do?! Just then the bell rang leaving me hanging and stuck between a rock and a hard place.

So much for a first day of school.
