I pushed though the doors into the school. I haven't been coming to school very often so I have missed a bunch of my lessons and the work is beginning to pile up. As I raised my head, eyes were plastered to me as some leaned to the friends to whisper something and others staring as if I'm and alien. I lowered my gaze towards the floor as I made my way towards my locker. I entered in my locker combo hoping that I can still remember it after all this time. As the lock clicked open and I swung the door open, it was as if I was opening a door to my own despair. Hundreds upon hundreds of notes fell out of varying shapes, colours, and messages. I didn't even think it was possible for that many to fit into such a small locker. I picked up the ones that fell on the floor and shoved them in my bag to read a later. I grabbed my books for my first few classes and closed it making sure that no more would fall out. I looked to my right seeing a group of girls standing there with smug looks on their faces.

"Well look who it is, our little celebrity." One of the girls said to me as she smacked her lips together while chewing a piece of gum.

"I'm sorry?" I asked confused with a hint of nervousness evident in my voice,"Do I know you?"

"What you think you're so great being a trainee that you don't have to bother to come to school and not pay attention to anyone but yourself? Just to let you know, everyone here knows your little secret. We all know you are a trainee at JYP and you used to date Park Jinyoung and that he dumped you because you were nothing but a worthless girl just wanting to get famous off of him. Looks like he broke it off with you while he still could. If I was him I wouldn't have even gotten together with you in the first place." She chuckled and rolling her eyes before having them land and stare at me straight in the eyes challenging me to say something.

"E-Excuse me?" I stuttered in shock as I was lost for words. People began to take notice of the situation and whispers began to fill the hallways. Anger and sadness was building up inside me wanting to burst out but I took in smooth and quiet breathes in attempt to calm me down.

"You heard me, you're nothing but a freeloading, talent-less little girl. I think it would be in your best interest to stay away from Jinyoung before you ruin his reputation even more." She spat at me as she brought her hand up and slapped my across the cheek. The wave of sharp pain began to spread across my face, now flushed a deep red. She pushed me into my locker harshly causing me to stumble onto the floor before sauntering off and sharing a few smirks between her friends. The bell suddenly rang signaling people to disperse and head to their respective classes.

I groaned as I straightened my legs out in front of me while trying to recollect my thoughts when a hand was extended in front of me. I followed the arm to see who it led to, only to be faced with JB, Jinyoung's friend. I stared at his hand speechless and unsure whether to accept it or not. I slowly reached out in case it was a trick and slowly wrapped my hand around his.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" He asked worriedly. He pulled me up only for me to land back on my butt. My back throbbed with pain with occasional shots of pain to one of my legs. He looked at me sympathetically as I tried to fake a smile.

"I'll be fine I'll just have to walk it off." I tried to convince him only for him to shake his head disapprovingly at me. He grabbed my arm and put it around his shoulders as he carried me to the nurse's office. I awkwardly looked around hoping no one would see this and luckily everyone has made it into their classes by now.

He walked me into the nurse's office and gently placed me down on one of the neatly made beds by the window. I awkwardly watched him as he pulled up a chair and sat down beside the bed.

" You should get to class, don't worry about me." I explained trying to escape the constant increase of tension between us.

"It's fine, plus you don't really have anyone to take care of you right now..." He trailed off while playing with his fingers.

I stared at him watching his actions, he seemed...different from usual. He sat there quietly sometimes looking out the window as the light from the window shone on him. I began to wonder what he meant," I don't mean to sound rude or anything but, why should you care? It's not like we're that close anyways. Also, it might be kind of bad if Jinyoung finds out we were talking together..."

"Oh yeah I was wondering about that...what happened between you and Jinyoung, if you don't mind me asking. I try to talk to him about it since he's been kind of distant lately but he just turns away and never responds. Then when I saw what happened this morning..."

I sigh heavily making sure I don't burst into tears on the spot. "It's kind of a long story..."
He gave me a reassuring smile, "I have time."
