Alexandra's P.O.V.

"So what do you wanted to talk about?" I ask my mom through the phone as I sit on my bed with a plate of grapes in my hand.

Yeah I love grapes.

"Mm okay but you need to be understanding." Her voice sounds a little worried.

Okay that doesn't sound good.

"Okay?" I say confused.

"Do you remember-"

Some voice interrupts her making me groan. It's the same damn voice from the last time.

"Honey I need to leave. Can we talk later?"

No.

"Okay."

"Bye, love you"

"Bye." I hang up rolling my eyes.

I grab my laptop and turn it on. When it turns it on I open the safari option and go into Netflix putting the vampire diaries.

As it loads, I can't help but think about what Natalie said "be careful if you go near him."

---

"Guys for homework you need to do an essay about the functions of the organs of your body. In two pages please and you need to bringing it to me the next class." my teacher of physiology says.

Ring!

"You can leave." He says to us when the bell rings.

I recollect my things and walk out of the classroom heading to me looker. Once I reach it I save my things.

It's lunch break and I need to find Melissa but I need to do something first.

Walking towards the counselor's office, I knock the door and wait for an answer.

"Coming." Some voice says after 5 seconds.

I open the door and walking in.

"How can I help you?" Asks the sir that is sitting on the desk.

"Mm I want to switch one class." I say almost murmuring.

"Okay. You can sit if you want." He says with a smile.

I do as he says and sit on a chair.

"Which class you want to switch?"

"Literature."

"Okay." He says trying to find something in his desk. "Wait, what semester are you in?" He stops and looks at me.

"First, I just enter."

"Okay." He says and reads some paper.

"I'm sorry but you can't switch classes right now"

"What? Why?" I ask taken of guard.

"Because the schedule is already planned. And if we changed it, it can cause troubles to your scholarship."

"Oh Okay. Well, Thank you." I say with a sigh and stand up.

"You're welcome. And I'm sorry again." He smiles.

"It's okay." I return the smile and walk out.

Now I need to go back to the library for the book again because I had already returned it. I really thought I could switch.

Letting out a groan I enter the cafeteria and start looking for Melissa. Once I spot her, I start walking towards her, but I notice she isn't just with Natalie, she is with two other boys.

"Hey." I say when I approach her.

They all turn their attention to me.

"Oh hey, where were you? I was looking for you." Melissa says.

"I was with the counselor." I simply say.

"Why? Is everything okay?"

"Yeah." I answer and sit next to her.

"So, aren't you going to introduce us this pretty lady." Says the guy with dark hair. He is sitting next to Natalie.

"Oh right. Guys she is Alexandra, and Alexandra they are Nolan..." She say pointing to the one that just talked. "...and Jack." She points to the guy with brown hair that is setting next to Nolan.

"Hey guys, nice to meet you." I say friendly.

"The pleasure is all mine." Says Nolan taking my hand kissing it.

I smile at him awkwardly.

"Sorry about my friend, he is a perv." Jack says making us laugh.

"Yeah Nolan, leave her alone." Natalie says playfully.

"Damn, no one can't be a gentleman these days." He says acting like he is hurt.

"Oh shut up." Natalie says laughing along with everyone.

They seem nice.

"So who's going to the party this Friday?" Jack says almost yelling.

"Me of course." Natalie says sounding excited.

" a party?" I ask confused.

"Yeah, some fraternity is trowing a party." Natalie says to me.

"You should go. These parties are always the best ones." Nolan says smiling.

"Mm, will you go?" I ask Melissa.

"Yeah, and you should too." She smirks.

"I don't know." I say, thinking about it.

Should I?

"Come on! I promise you won't regret it." Jack says.

"Yes, and you can see how Canadians have fun." Natalie says pretending like she is dancing.

I laugh at her shaking my head.

It's been a long time since I haven't went to a party and they seem fun, and besides, that could help to clear my head so why not?

"Okay I'll go."
