Seamless (Rowbrina)

Chapter 13.

Sabrinas pov.
A week after the incident, it was now time for Sarah to come home. I now live at Rowans house and for some reason she hasn't been talking to me.

The doctors were surprised Sarah had survived since she lost quite a lot of blood, but I never lost hope in her for a minute.

I am sitting next to her with her in her hospital bed. She has gotten better, she can eat proper food now and not horrible liquid food, she had to have liquid food since she was stabbed in the stomach so it hurt for her to handle solid food. It still hurts abit for her to eat solid food but she can handle it.

A nurse walked in with fresh bandages and asks Sarah to sit up slightly which she does slowly as it hurt for her to get up fast.

The nurse lifted up Sarah's shirt slightly, only exposing her stomach and the nurse carefully removed her old bandages exposing her stomach which had stitches in it as since the stab wound was deep it had to be stitched closed. The nurse then wraps a new bandage around her belly and then the nurse says "Once your Guardian comes your free to leave, remember to take your pain killers and hangs your bandages every day at night."She nods and the nurse leaves leaving us alone in the room.

"Sarah, I'm sorry this happened to you" I say sadly. "If I never came out.. You wouldn't be here" I tell her looking down.

"Sabrina don't say that, you were going to have to come out some day anyway, to get married or something. Plus I couldn't just stand there and watch our so called mum hold a knife to your neck, it was wrong of her to do that."
She tells me which makes me feel alittle better.

Soon Rowans mum walks in and we help Sarah up and into a wheelchair since she wasn't strong enough to walk yet and we went into the car and went to her house, well our house now.

"Where's Rowan?" I ask wondering why she isn't here, she's always here.

"She's in her room, she hasn't left it for a while, I'm starting to get worried, will you talk to her for me?" Rowans mum asks and I nod.

We soon get to her-our house and we help Sarah out and lead her into her room, which she was sharing with me but I didn't mind.

Once Sarah was settled in and fell asleep in her bed I went to Rowans room finding it locked.

"Rowan open up" I say turning the handle multiple times until it finally unlocks.

"Yeah Sabrina? What is it?" She asks casually and I look at her confused. "Rowan why have you been avoiding me ever since I moved in here?" I asked in a sad tone and she looked down.

"Sabrina, we can't be together"

My eyes widen "why not?!" I ask louder than I probably should have and she sighs.

"Sabrina, your my sister now, my mum adopted you.. We're sisters now written on papers.." She says sadly and I lose it.

"I don't give a fuck about some papers! We're not related by blood so it's okay Rowan, plus you mum doesn't seem to mind"

Rowan look at me awkwardly and says "It's still weird to me.. I'm sorry.. You deserve better, go to Sofia.. She likes you and she isn't your sister" she then shuts the door and locks it leaving me angry.
