I am so scared. I can feel my throwing knives in my left and right pocket so I get them out and put them in my hand. My eyes dart around the arena and I spot Old Man Jenkins and his cannon. I feel a little sorry for him. Then I see Larry. His brute strength could be bad for me. I wonder, should I throw my knives at him? If I did, I would be vulnerable when I go in to get food and weaponry. Well, I can hunt and live off nuts easily but whether or not I kill Larry, I will need weapons.
