Chapter 4

Brena's POV

I don't understand how Mac didn't find Justin attractive or at least funny. Last year I dated him but he broke up with me a few days later. I still like him and its safe to say that I was in love with him. Might ask me why. He's a player and that was a main reason Mac didn't like him and he's a total jerk at times but under all that, he's the sweetest guy I have ever met. Mac snapped me right out of my thoughts as she got on the bus, "Hey Bren!" She said. "Hey Mac" I said back. She sat down and shoved her ear phones in her ears. Her blonde hair flowing down her back and blue eyes laying in between thick black lashes. "Hey Bren, what were you going to tell me last night?" Mac asked looking at me. Shit. I was hoping she wouldve forgotten that. "Um probably something you don't want to know..." I mumbled hoping she wouldn't hear me. "huh? what was that?" She said clearly seeing through my nervousness to tell her. "Um...I kinda like Justin...and I still like him from when he we dated." I mumbled again, hoping she didn't hear me.

Mac's POV

My mouth dropped. She like him? But how? She's so different from him. THEY DATED AND I WASN'T CONSULTED!??!" I was soo mad. "YOU WHAT?!" I screamed maybe a bit too loud because he came over. Brena smiled like a crazy person and I rolled my eyes. "Why so sassy?" He asked with his eyes on mine. "I really don't like you," I spit through my gritted teeth. "Well well well, I love you too" he said with a big smile. I was wearing a disgusted face with those words. No. I hate him, I don't know who he thinks he is. ugh. So nasty.
