Lily's POV
I stand there looking at Jackson with my mouth wide open. "I...umm..." I stutter. "Before you make your decision, just know that I'm not really a bad guy. I just have to keep my reputation." He says, looking me straight in the eyes. I knew he was dead serious. "Ok." I say finally. He runs up to me and wraps his arms around me and hugs me tightly. I hug him back and he breaks the hug after a couple more seconds. "Are you ready?" He asks me. "Wait, now?" I reply, stunned. "Ya, I have reservations booked at a hotel in Paris." He informs me. "Paris?! You expect my mom to let me travel all the way to Paris from Texas? She won't even let me cross the state border!" I say, still in shock. "It's fine, I got this." He says. "Just tell your mom that your class is going on a field trip." He states. Does he really expect my mom to buy that? It's worth a shot. "I'll try." I say, smiling up at him. "Thanks babe." He says, making me shiver. I love when he calls me that. "Well don't just stand there, come in." I say, opening the door wider so he can walk through it. I call my mom to tell her I am going on a "field trip" for school. "Hi, honey!" My mom says cheerfully. "Hi mom." I say. "I have something to ask you." "What is it sweetie?" She asks me. "Is it ok if I got to Paris for a school field trip?" I ask. "Well, since there will be teachers and shaparones there, I guess it's ok." She says, sighing into the phone. "Seriously?" I ask, just to make sure. "Yes. When do you leave?" "Right now." I reply. "Oh, well. I will see you when you get back, love you." I can hear her crying on the other end of the phone. "Bye mom, love you too." I hang up before she can say anything else. I walk over to Jackson who is now sprawled across our couch. "My mom said yes." I say, bubbling up with happiness. "That's awesome!" Jackson says as he sits up. "I just have to go pack my stuff." I say, delighted. "Well, I guess I will just have to keep laying down on this super comfy couch." Jackson says with a smirk on his face. I laugh. "I will be down in 10." I say as I run upstairs to my room. This is going to be awesome.
