Oh Well, Oh Well
I was so tired that I could not bring myself to open my eyes. I still wanted to sleep but I could feel the sun light kissing my skin. As soon as I tried to open my eyes, everything was too blurry and the moment that my eyes finally adjusted, I finally believed that life's full of surprises. Why you asked? Because I am at another strange place! It's was like a backyard, a huge backyard to be exact, with all the stuff that you could find on a playground. As I looked around, I saw these western houses with large parking garages and they're all identical.
Why the heck am I at the peak of the slide?
Then, I saw my mom talking to another woman. A neighbor I guess. I was about to run off this backyard but a little girl stopped me. She was crying and I actually knew her! She was the girl who was hit by the car. Wait? She's still alive? I thought. . . Everything seems to be distorted to me as I decided to touch her shoulders but my hands just passed through her body.
Great! Another dream. Great.
The girl sat on the swing and she was still crying. Since she could not see me nor hear any sound I made, I decided to sit in front of her. Her hands were covering her face and a sparkling stone right on his neck caught my attention. It's my-
"Are you crying?" My attention turned to this little boy who asked her. He seemed to be 4-5 years older than the little girl. He was holding a blue cotton candy which he was hiding at his back. Jeez, it made me want to buy one.
The little girl just shrugged, still not talking to the boy. "Hey, stop crying, okay? I'm still here." The boy said as he tried to shorten the distance between them. "I am your best friend, remember?"
Eeep! This two were so cute and lovely! How I wish I had this childhood memory too. But the girl did not dare to move nor look at the cute little boy.
Then I heard a familiar sound.
"Tonight, before I fall asleep, I run my thumb across your cheeks." The boy started to sing which made me so speechless. I felt this something in my chest, a strange feeling. "Cry, 'cause I'm here to wipe your eyes." The boy walked slowly towards the girl and kneeled.
The girl stopped crying and looked at the boy. "Cotton candy?" the girl smiled.
This is a perfect scenario.

Falling out of your bed looked less painful in movies than in real life.
"Anne! Jinja, finally!" Mom welcomed me with her sweetest smile and uhm, a pillow. "I've been throwing punches at you using this pillow for ten minutes now."
This time, I had a wonderful breakfast, without rushing and running outside the house with my hair still wet.
"Anne, I find it hard for me to wake you up lately." Mom asked before sipping her tea. So mom noticed it.
"Nothing, Eomma, just dreams. Weird ones."
"What do you mean weird?"
"It's because, I have been dreaming with the same people involved," I confessed as I took a spoonful of my cereals. "Is it possible?"
"Maybe it's a sign, some dreams are not really dreams? Do you happen to know these people in your dreams?"
"Well, in my dream, there's Dad and you." I answered. "Oh, also a little girl. I first saw her in a car-"
