A FEW WEEKS LATER

It took a few weeks for the Media and  Press surrounding the avengers and the Lumia to become old news, during  which time the avengers rarely left the tower if they could help it.  Instead they spent time together having fun or relaxing. It was a  welcome change considering the amount of pressure that had surrounded  them in recent weeks.

Ella and Steve spent a lot of time alone  together as well as with the team. They mainly spent their time on  Steve's floor watching films or spending the time in bed. They seemed to  still be in that phase where they couldn't keep their hands off each  other. They were of course respectful enough not to push their luck when  in the presence of other people. That didn't stop either of them from  blush one someone made a remark about how tired they looked or that fact  they hadn't been seen in a while.

"Miss Stark? Captain Rogers? Mr Stark has asked that all avengers report to the front of the building." Jarvis' voice called out

"What?  Why?" Ella asked as she snuggled closer to Steve on the couch, her legs  tucked under her. They were watching a movie Ella couldn't remember the  name of with a bowl of popcorn between them.

"Mr Stark said it was a surprise." Jarvis replied

"We  should probably go." Steve murmured as he trailed his lips across her  cheek. Ella laughed before moving off the couch to get her ugg boots.

"Well  then you probably shouldn't do that, you know Tony will only come and  get us." Ella laughed grabbing her jacket. Steve nodded before grabbing  his jacket and following her out the door.

The rest of the  avengers were already there by the time Steve and Ella reached the front  of the building but Tony was no where in sight.

"Any idea what all this is about?" Steve asked

"Not  a clue, but I am guessing it has something to do with that." Clint  replied pointing to the tower. The large sign that read Stark seemed to  be hidden under a sheet of some kind and therefore was no longer  visible.

"Seriously he got us out here to show us a new design for his sign?" Ella asked

"I think we are about to find out." Natasha said nodded her head toward the Iron Man suit that was becoming towards them.

"Ladies  and gentlemen, I just want to say that even though you are some of the  strangest and at times psychologically unstable people I know you are  family to me. Now I don't really do the mushy stuff and I am so drunk  right now I think those buildings are moving. Pep, are those buildings  moving?" Tony asked squinting into the distance. "Anyway you all know I  am selfish and eccentric and I am trying to be a better person. That's  cause of you guys; everything you have been through and you are still  holding it together. You know, when I first set up this tower Pepper and  I wanted it to be a beacon of self-sustaining energy but its more than  that now, its hope." Before anyone could say anything Tony had flew up  to the sky, a little wobbly and threw the cloth away from the sign.

"I GIVE YOU, AVENGERS TOWER!"

Everyone was stunning as they noticed the sign had in fact been changed from STARK to AVENGERS.

"Well Cap you can't say you hate the tower now." Tony remarked causing everyone to laugh.

"Steve?  Where are we going?" Ella laughed as Steve led her up some stairs. He  had snuck up behind her earlier saying he had a surprise for her. Ella  was now blindfolded and only had Steve to rely on to keep her from  falling. She trusted Steve with her life and felt totally safe in his  hands but that didn't stop her from silently cursing the amount of  stairs they were currently tackling. Ella didn't even know where they  were anymore but she was pretty sure they where still in the tower. She  couldn't feel the breeze and Steve hadn't handed her a jacket.
