My second theory is that the prison resembles Tylers mind and how he can never escape his thoughts and since blurryface is a part of him he can't escape, like his mind is a prison.And back to the previous chapter, Blurryface took control of Tyler and killed Josh. Tyler regrets killing his best friend and has to live with what he has done which leads to Josh appearing in his thoughts and Tyler having hallucinations of Josh. Saying that I think that a Heathen is a person who doesn't believe in blurryface.
