Few months then, Stefani still wasn't advised to go out of the hospital. I was on her side 24/7 ever since she was admitted. One evening after her MRI and CT Scan she encountered a horrifying joint pain on her arms and leg. The doctor made her take sleeping pills and pain killers for her to overcome the pain. Several hours later, she was in deep sleep, the doctor came inside the room and handed to me the result of the examinations.

"What's with this?" I asked because I can't barely understand the results.

"I am afraid to say that the cancer cells already reached her central nervous system."

"Okay? So what does that mean?"

"Well, CNS is the most vital part of the human body and we cannot just inject harsh IVs to destroy the cancer cells in her CNS because it could damage her nervous system."

"Then what do you suggest?"

"I'm very sorry, but according to the examinations, she would not live longer than six months. The cancer cells have been too strong and it's deteriorating her nervous system already. I'm afraid to say that it's too late-"

"Six months. What the fuck, I thought you were the greatest doctors? How dare you count the months of how long will she live. Can we stay outside because she's resting." I retorted in fury trying to lower my voice since she was still in deep sleep. As soon as we went outside I exploded in fury. I scolded the doctors and I couldn't accept the fact that he is already setting the time of when will Stefani die.

"You are not a fucking God to predict when she will die! We paid you right! You cure her or I'll talk to my lawyer about the stupid service of this hospital!" I exploded and the guards and nurses assisted me while I was in deep fury. As soon as I earn calmness inside me, I went back to Stefani's room and she was awake.

"Glad you're awake now."

"Yah. Where have you been?" She asked and I walked towards her and sat beside her.

"Just outside. Sniffed some fresh air."

She laughed, I fed her grapes while we exchanged stories, I didn't mention yet about what the doctor said, I think I'll never say it, I don't want to lose her hope and so am I.

"I have a little surprise to you." I told her.

"You always surprise me, T. Like all the time."

"Ta-da! Venus hair wig!" I pulled out the wig I bought and she was happily surprised.

"Wow! This wig is huge! Not even leukemia can make all these strands fall!" She joked and attempted to wear it.

"Why this wig? It's so big." She asked.

"Because I think you're the most beautiful thing just like Venus." She blushed and giggled. I missed her smiles and laughs. I found myself staring at her and thinking how many more days are left for us to he together.

"Taylor." She called my attention. "You fine?" She asked and giggled. "Oh. Yeah. I'm just mesmerized with my girl's ... Beauty." I replied and she blushed again. "You always have these pick up lines." Suddenly her smile slowly faded.

"T... Until when will I live?" She asked me and it broke my heart.

"What? What until when? What are you talking about. You'll live forever." I replied right away. She sighed and played her hair with her finger.

"Come on..." She said. I held her hands and looked at her straight to the eye.

"Babe... Don't say that, okay? You're not dying and you're not going anywhere. We'll still have little you-s and little me-s, remember?" I tried to cheer her up but she just smiled.

"Taylor. Let's not keep our hopes high-"

"Stefani. No-"

"I heard the doctor." She confessed. "I heard your conversation a while back. I wasn't really asleep." She continued, I was stoned, I don't know what to say.

"T, six months? That's how long I will live, right?" She asked for confirmation and I barely nodded. She giggled as if it's no big deal.

"It's funny how people go, isn't? I remember when we were still young. As if it was just yesterday and yeah, here I am now, about to die." She said as she fakes her laughs and tears swarmed her eyes. I couldn't help but to be carried away, I wrapped my arms around her tightly as if there's no tomorrow. I kissed her head and kept saying how much I love her.

"Taylor." She said but I ignored.

"I love you so much."

"T..."

"I love you."

"Taylor, listen."

I sat back and listened. She gave me a soft look and her fresh young eyes that sparkles struck me.

"Can I have a request?" She began.

"Whatever you want."

"Can I just request... for you to... Stay here with me until my last day of living, Taylor?" She said with pain but managed to give me a soft smile on her lips. I failed to respond, I might burst out. I nodded and kissed her forehead. "Thank you. I just want to have a last glimpse of you so that when I die... I would never forget your perfect perfect face." She explained and smiled once again. I kissed her nose down to her lips. "I love you so much, Stefani Germanotta. I couldn't imagine myself with any other women than you." She giggled and blushed despite of the tears streaming off her eyes.

"Taylor. Can ask for another request? This will be the last. I swear."

"Whatever you want, babe." I replied and kissed her hand.

"On my six month. Please take me away from this hospital..."

"What? Why?"

"No... Just bring me to our favorite place. The sea, behind the woods. I just wanna die on a paradise. Not on a hospital."

"Stefani... You're not dying..."

"Taylor? Please? Promise me."

I bowed my head in pain.

"Taylor. Pinky promise?" She said in a sweet voice and our childhood memories flashed back. Now, I had no control of my tears. I cried in front of her. I cupped her face and had my forehead against hers. "I will. Pinky promise." I told her and she smiled at me.

"Stop crying, T. It doesn't look good." She teased trying to make me happy.

"I can't. Why do you have to leave, Stef. You're my everything." She wasn't able to reply but she wrapped her hands around me and stroked my back like how I used to do whenever I comfort her. "Be strong, T. Be strong for me." Her words struck me straight at my heart.
