The ride home was silent. Not a word was spoken, but if looks could speak I would definitely be getting yelled at. I was sitting in the back of the van twirling my fingers around each other. If you said I was scared that would be an understatement, I'm terrified. Finally, after the long, awkward car ride, we arrive at S.T.A.R. labs. While getting out of the van, Catlin and Joe attack me with tight hugs.
"guys I'm fine" I say chuckling nervously.
"we were so scared"Catlin says letting go
"I didn't want to lose you" Joe says hugging me tighter
"You didn't. I'm here and I'm fine"
"If you say so" He lets go and kisses my forehead.
Surprisingly Barry didn't yell at me, but the car ride home was silent once again. What if they send me back? No, Joe just said he didn't want to lose you, but what if he was lying? No, Joe wouldn't do that or Barry, right? I'm probably just tired. Turning to the the window, I look at all the passing cars slowly drifting to sleep.

The sudden burst of light makes me open my eyes. Barry stands by the wide open curtains waiting of me to wake.
"alright, so Joe had to go to work and so do I, but you can come with us or surprise Iris."
"So your making me chose between my Brother and my Sister?" I raise and eyebrow at him. Wow, people are right I do get sassy in the morning.
"Fine, Iris it is"
"wait, what?"
"you didn't want to chose, so I did"
"seems accurate"
"just get dressed" He chuckles while leaving the room.
I go over to a box named 'T-shirts' and pick out a black shirt with tons of band names on it. I walk over to my dresser and pick out a flannel, black jeans, a bracelet, and a necklace. Turning to the mirror, I do my make up and put my hair into a pony tail. I grab my shoes and run down stairs; jumping on the couch, I put my shoes on and sit once again waiting for Barry.
"Geez, I even woke up before you and you're still ready before me." Barry says trotting down the stairs.
"well, I guess you got to pick up your game" Laughing I stand up.
"alright, come on lets go"
"wait a minute, you don't have a car"
"oh ya that's right"
"I'll call an Uber "
