BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEE-

I slam my hand on the loud and annoying clock. School starts today, to be totally honest, I want to crawl into a hole and die. I was never good at any subject and everyone always picked on me because of my hair, but the worst part was how early I had to wake up. Grudgingly, I get out of bed and get dressed, the night before I had picked out a plaid shirt with black jeans, combat boots, and a beanie. The beanie was last minute, because I do not want to make my hair look pretty for some people I barely know. I added a ring, one of my random bracelets and I was on my way down stairs. Barry was on the couch, while Joe was in the kitchen, judging by the smell. I grabbed my phone, my backpack and headed for the door.

"where do you think your going?" I look up to see Barry had ran right in front of me.

"uh school. where else"

"without eating breakfast?"

"I was gonna eat at school"

"I highly doubt that you were"

"okay that... is completely true, but that's not the point. I'm not even hungry"

"doesn't matter you need breakfast to get you going"

" fine" I put down my back pack and put my phone into my pocket. I ran, got a piece of toast and boxed juice, then came back. "there happy?"

"the closest I'm gonna get to you eating, so ya" He picks up my back pack and walks outside.

"what are you doing?"

"driving you to school"

" I thought I was supposed to take the bus"

"That's after school "

"ooooh" I follow him out and into his car. " do you even know where your going?"

"yes, I've been there before"

"alright whatever you say, but I'm gonna take a nap, so drive slow."

The sudden stop of the car jolts me awake. Looking around, I see tons of kids walking into a building, which, I'm guessing by the amount of kids my age, is my school. Barry bids my goodbye and tells me to 'have fun'. I leave the car and walk my way to the front office; inside the were two women at the front desk, both typing on computers. I walk up to one of them and ask for my schedule.

"what's your name, sweetheart" she asks taking out a folder.

"Luna, Luna West"

"i'm sorry we don't have a Luna West"

"Um try Allen, I just recently got adopted, sorry"

"oh no worries, ah we do have a Luna Allen" she takes out a piece of paper and hands it to me. While looking it over I spot the worst thing possible, I have Math first. I smile and walk out looking for room 345. A few minutes passed before I finally found the correct Math room. The bell rings as I place my hand on the door knob, signaling the beginning of school and the end of my life as I know it.
