Andreas was nervously looking outside the window as he watched his father getting off his Cadillac in front of their mansion. He got off his car and one of his men kissed his hand and spoke to him making his expression hard. Andreas knew he was done for.

Arturo Augustini shook his head as he heard about what his son had done. He walked with heavy foot steps through the walkways in the front gardens to the entrance of his home. He shouted orders at one of his guards " Bring Andreas to my office, Federico."

Federico nodded his head " Yes boss."

Andreas ran his hands in his golden hair and took a deep breath. His father was going to slaughter him. He was sure.

As a knock came on the door he whispered " Coming." He then reluctantly walked to the door and opened it facing Federico.

Federico spoke " Sir, Don Agostini wish to see you in their office."

Andreas nodded and walked out of his room without a word making his way towards his father's office under the watchful eyes of his father's workmen. They were criminals but all were loyal to his father. What his father had was an army of men, not just employees.

Andreas was only fourteen years old but he understood well who his father was. He knew everything. Don Agostini was one of the most powerful men in Italy and in the world. Andreas knew his father was even more powerful than the government when it came to certain matters. He controlled many economical and trade aspects of the country and abroad. He controlled police departments. He controlled harbours. He controlled some members of the parliament. He controlled various banks. He had so much power.

Andreas knocked on the door of his father's office. Andreas had to face his father's full force wrath. Myabe it was a good thing his mother was at her Women's charity conference all day and wasnt coming back any time soon to witness all this.

Andreas heard his father from inside " Come in Andreas."

Andreas took a deep breath and entered closing the door behind him as he was trying to avoid his father's gaze looking down. But he couldn't do that for so long. So he gave in and looked up. He gulped as he saw his father holding his wine glass in his hand drinking. This wasn't a good sign since he was having white wine and not red. White wine was for when he he was angry but red wine was for celebrations when he felt cheerful.

Andreas walked to his father and spoke " Hello father."

Arturo spoke " Speak now or hold your tongue about what you have done."

Andreas spoke " I am sorry."

Arturo stood up and put his wine glass down on the table as he walked around the table and crossed his arms leaning back to the table as he stared down his son. "How dare you disobey me?"

Andreas spoke "I apologise..."

Arturo stated "It wont happen again. Would it son?"

Andreas remained silent and nodded.

Arturo spoke "You should stop testing my patience Andreas.... " Arturo walked closer and he put his hand on his son's shoulder and looked into his eyes " I warned you that I will transfer you out of your American school, if you can't behave yourself..... Its your mother's fault wanting you to go to that place. Americans have bad influence on you, I see."

Andreas pleaded "Father don't. Please."

Arturo ordered " Go to your room. You are grounded and home schooled until you learn your lesson. From now on, you come out, have your dinner and go to your room. No television, no phone, no visitors. Do you understand? "

Andreas whispered "But father....."

Arturo demanded "Dont argue with me. You crossed the line this time."

Andreas sighed "I am so sorry."

Arturo spoke with narrowed eyes "Tell me.. What are you sorry for exactly? For refusing to accompany my men who were meant to pick you up after school today and resisting while they tried to restrain you? For running to the enemy territory hanging out with the Biaggio kids? For showing kindness to enemies that I would be making bankrupt soon? What is next? You will give them money and tell them about my plans? I made it clear already that you hanging out to youth clubs with their kids is prohibited....."

Andreas cringed "You really want to make them bankrupt?"

Arturo nodded "Of course son. They are not co-operating with my demands."

Andreas spoke "Give them more time. Please. They are not your enemy. They need more time. Their business partners wont agree. That is why they are taking long to respond back to your demands..."

Arturo gave his son a hard look "How do you know?"

Andreas took a deep breath and spoke the words he knew was going to cost him "I went to their house....I saw their parents.... We had afternoon tea..."

Arturo spoke in a low tone "You did what?"

Andreas explained "I am sorry."

Arturo put his hand on his son's shoulder and looked at his eyes directly "So let me get this straight... You crossed the border and went to enemy territory to hang out with your buddies at their house of all the places.... I told you that family are our enemies now and you going over to their house is strictly off limits. You should have cut off your friendship with that family when I had instructed you to....."

Andreas spoke "Forgive me..."

Arturo looked at his son thoughtfully "You are suddenly co-operative. But too late. You will not ever contact the Biaggos outside school. They maybe your old friends. They maybe kids you used to play with in the park when you were a toddler but you have to learn, this is the real world. I will transfer you out of that school. You will learn that business and friendship do not mix.... Now, go to your room. As I said, you are grounded." He then turned around and walked to his desk.

Andreas spoke "Dont transfer me out of my school. Please."

Arturo turned around "Really? You actually think I am going to let you carry on? No son, go to your room or I am attacking the Biaggos territory tonight. So forget those as your best friends."

Andreas gulped "All right. Good night father." He knew the only reason his father hadnt decided to attack and slaughter the Biaggio's one by one for refusal to sell him some assets he wanted, was for his mother. She had convinced his father that killing the Biaggios was going to hurt Andreas because he was close friends with their children and went to school with them. So his father had backed off and just had boycotted that family to bring them to bankruptcy for now.

Andreas walked to the door and whispered as he put his hand on the door handle " I will do anything. Dont take me out of my school and please give them more time to reply to your demands"

Arturo spoke "Anything? Dont say anything you dont mean son. What are you willing to do?"

Andreas closed his eyes and spoke "I will train harder."

Arturo was amused "Really? You mean you would use your gifts you are so reluctant to use."

Andreas knew what he meant. Andreas was like his maternal grandfather, Papa Roberto. Andreas was indeed a gifted one with his fast reactions and good eye sight. His coordination was extraordinary. He used to train to shoot and combat but he had stopped practicing. Andreas was reluctant to train. He was afraid of what he could do. His gifts were dangerous. He could floor anyone of his father's men with or without being armed.

Andreas promised "I will do everything you want me to do without questioning you. From now on, I will listen to everything you say but please dont remove me from my American school and allow the Biaggos more time and do not make them bankrupt yet.... please father."

Arturo spoke "So you will use your gifts more effectively and stop being soft from now on?.. Should I believe you? I need to see more proof. I will think about it? Go to your room now. I dont want to see you until supper."
