It's Complicated

CHAPTER 21

-Presley's POV-

So I walked in on Nicole and Zayn. I forgot what I had to ask them but it wasn't that important. I have a lot to do. I can't go to work so I have to go talk to my manager about it and then I have to find another place for us all to stay because there is no way in hell I am staying in this shit hole. I have to get a new phone and make everyone else get one. And manage to keep in all my anger so I don't snap at someone. I looked over At Riley who was snuggled into my bare chest and Lily on a small bed next to ours. I loved them and just looking at them made me happy. It was still only 4 in the morning so I kissed Riley on her head and went to bed.

-Nicole's POV-
Zayn fell asleep a few hours ago but I couldn't manage to sleep at all.Everything that happened today made me mad and I just couldn't hold it in any more. I got up not wakeing Zayn, and started to stride around the room. I started to cry lightly. It felt weird. I haven't cried in a long time. Suddenly Zayn woke up.
"Babe what's wrong" he turned on the light and saw me crying. "Come here"
I almost ran to him and started crying harder. I hated it, but loved it at the same time. He made me feel safe.
"Its ok don't cry please" his voice cracked. And soon he was also crying. We cried for a couple of minutes until I started laughing. Zayn looked at me like he had just seen a ghost.
"You are crying for no reason" I laughed and cryed at the same time.
"I'm crying because your crying" he explained. At this point we were both a crying mess. "Why were you crying anyways"
"Because I'm over whelmed and I've held it in for so long that I just can't anymore" I said.
"Its ok, just stop making me cry" he laughed.
We both started laughing and talking. We got into converations that made no sense. It was probably because we were half asleep. When we were in a middle of talking about God knows what, I fell asleep.

---the next morning---

-Zayn's POV-
I didn't talk about Nicole and I crying last night. She didn't either. I do admit that I hate seeing her cry.
"Zayn come on we have a lot to do today" Nicole snapped me out of my sences.
We got up and went to the main room in the hotel.
"Ok- wait why aren't you packed" William said. We looked around and everyone was packed but us.
"Ug" Nicole and I ran back upstairs. She only had to pack a few things because we didn't fully unpack. We were back down stairs in a few minutes. We got Duckota on a leash and went to the van. I already knew that I was depressed today. I ruined my life. And if I wasn't being so stupid then I would have loads of bodyguards for Nicole and we would be safe. We wouldn't be running around the country trying to hide and being away from civilization. Nicole would be acting and working instead of being trapped in a hotel with me. We would have the rest of One Direction helping us get through this.
"Bathroom break anyone" Presley yelled snapping me back to reality.
"Daddy I need to go" Lily whined. Both of the kids ran into the gas station with their mums.
Duckota decided to take the chance to sleep on Lily's seat. When everyone was back, Lily sat down next to me. The 3 year old was fasinated with my arm of tattoos.
"What are those" she asked with wide eyes.
"They are tattoos" I say. She scratched her head obviously not understanding."they are pictures that go on your body" I try to explain so she can understand.
"Ohhhh, my daddy has one of those" I laugh at her reaction. She turns to Nicole and questions her.
"What happened to Matt" She asked.
"He's an ass-"
"Language, Nicole" Presley warns.
"He's a big old donkey and I left him" Nicole corrects herself.
"Oh, I like Zayn more anyways" she says and hugs me.
Riley laughs and talks to Nicole. Lily looks out of the window of the big van and is suddenly afraid. She clings into my arm. After a while she falls asleep and so does Nicole. Lily is stil holding onto my arm while Nicole has her head on my shoulder. Eventually I fall asleep too.
