Tyler sat quietly in his small cell, rubbing a glossy, dark red substance over the paper in front of him. He pressed his finger harder to the paper, creating a large red pool that leaked through onto his orange jumpsuit. Tyler gently placed it on the floor and knelt next to it, suddenly rubbing it hard enough the paper threatened to tear.

He smiled, the color right where he wanted it. He slipped his finger in his mouth to stop the bleeding, and sat back to look at what he'd finished. He looked to his right, gazing into his friend's cell. Tyler smiled at the sight of Josh sleeping.

He looks peaceful, Tyler told himself. I want to be right where he is.

Tyler snapped his head back to his artwork, the blood slowly drying. He slowly looked back at Josh, comparing Josh's eyes to the scribbled eyes on the thin paper, surrounded in red. They were close, but Josh's eyes lacked the surrounding color.

It's good Tyler nodded.

"-think he'll ever get better?" Tyler bolted to the farthest corner, hoping to avoid the source of the sudden voice.

"No." Said the second voice to the first.

Tyler watched as two doctors passed him, one glancing near his hiding spot and lowering their voice.

"Can't expect anything else. He's broken." Tyler flinched at the word being thrown around so easily. He surprised himself by flinching so easy. He was used to be called broken. From a young age we was known as the weak, the beaten down, the broken boy.

Tyler didn't want to be known as that anymore. He rushed to the door, banging his head against the steel. Tyler reached out as far as possible, screaming that he was normal, that he was innocent. The doctors were long gone by the time he started screaming, but he continued. He continued for hours. He continued even after his voice had gone. Tyler Joseph only stopped when it got hard to breath, when he could feel himself dying with every breath.

I am so sorry if you are reading this garbage. The only reason I'm still posting chapters is because I was feeling inspired with that video and published a chapter, so I'm gonna keep this going.
