The mind of an innocent girl
Once dreamed of a happy end
My fantasy burnt to ashes
On decaying hopes I depend
My world is grey
My dreams are monochrome
I don't understand friends anymore
I can't find the place called home
This facade has finally crumbled
My will is all but tatters
My smile is fake and dead
It's only deceit that matters
If my voice still spoke the truth
I would have ended deception long ago
My last wish is simply this
I want somebody to know
Unlock my bleeding burnt heart
And sacrifice my sanity
I see with blind eyes only
And speak foul words of vanity
But this pain is not to be shared
I keep my broken soul a secret
I suffer silently in the dark
I lost my inner demons bet.
