Last chance

Chapter 1

*flash back*

Me, Rosie, and Alana were all playing hid and seek and I was counting this time. We were like 5 at the time so we weren't the best hiders, so I looked around and saw rose sitting behind a tree and Alana in front of the cars. I ran over to rose and yelled in her ear cause she didnt see me come over, and she jumped like 5 feet in the air. I fell on the ground laughing, and rose just blushed like crazy, and Alana came out cause she new she won. Later my mom called us inside to wash up for lunch. Man I loved my mom she was so sweet, caring, anything you could want from a mother. After we ate are pb and j sandwiches Rosie and Alana's dad called them home. We were neighbors so it was easy for them to get home. When they left I had to go to bed because it was a school night, so my mom carried me to my room and tucked me in. Life was good, well that's what I thought then.

*end of flashback*

*Alyssa's point of view*

I woke up to the sound of Rosie screaming in my ear to get up. She was really excited because it was my birthday, and she wanted to go do stuff, like go to the water park because we love swimming. It was my 18th birthday today, and I was so excited. Rosie was 1 year older than me, and Alana was 3 years younger. So she dragged me out of my oh so comfy bed and on to the floor. I got up and walked down the hallway, and to my surprise Rosie's mom had made me a birthday breakfast. I was blasted in the face by the smell of bacon, waffles, eggs and toast, and a smile grew on my face when she handed me a plate of warm food. Rosie joined me and Alana was being sleeping beauty like always. When me and Rose were done eating we decided to pull a prank on Alana. I had many thoughts for a prank, but I knew the one that would work muhahaha.

"Alana omg Alysia (their mom) got me ONE DIRECTION TICKETS FOR MY BIRTHDAY AGHHH!!!!"

She had sprung right out of bed and Rosie and I just laughed. She looked at us with a pissed off face and through her pillow at me.

"Wow that's the kind of birthday attitude you have god mrs grumpy pants." I said in between laughs.

"What the hell Alyssa I thought you where serious god damn." Alana screamed.

I rolled my eyes" god damn chill. you know we can't afford that no matter how big of a directioner we are we probably can't see them till we get any money." She looked upset and I said " when we win the lotto we can have anything we want, we will not have to go poor anymore," I always told her that ever since they adopted me.

She looked at me and Rosie and smiled. I looked at the clock and said...

"shit we are suppose to meet Megan at the pool like now. damn."

We all ran to are rooms and changed real fast so Megan wouldn't be pissed at us for making her wait. I threw on my new swim suit that was a bright green top with little birds at the sides and black bottoms. I ran out my room and towards where Alana stood.
