Chapter 2

Elizabeth woke up in her room with a pain in her eye. She look around the room, it was her bedroom. So she knew that she was at home in London. She got out of bed and walk to her mirror to see if anything was in her eye. She saw her right eye being a slight purple color it seem to glow a light pink. It was a symbol, that symbolizes the devil. Elizabeth got terrified and scream loudly, as she did so Sebastian came rushing on her room to see what was wrong with her. Elizabeth look at Sebastian then she remembered what happened before. She didn't know much about demon's and she wanted to keep it that way. Sadly she made a contract with Sebastian anyone who was in the same situation she was would have. Sebastian sighed sadly and have Elizabeth a gentle look.

Elizabeth sat down on her bed and look up at him. "Sebastian why is the symbol on my eye?" She ask him and he knew he had to explain it to her. Though Ciel he didn't ask much on the symbol and why it was on his eye. "Well Lady Elizabeth, when a demon makes a contract with a human they have to mark them to let other demons know they are in a contract with another demon. The more exposed the it is, the better connection you will have with me. If it was somewhere like your eye it would be exposed. It seems since nothing can cover your eye you will have to wear an eyepatch. Also Elizabeth you haven't gave me your wish but you take as much time as you need My Lady." He finished and layed her eyepatch next to her. Sebastian bowed and left her to give her some time to think about everything.

Elizabeth put on her eyepatch and walk to her library in her home. She look for a book on demon's trying to find the right one. She found it and it was titled 'Demon's Angels and Grim Reapers: Still Live Among Humans'. She quickly turned to the page about demon's and contracts. She found it sooner than expected. "There are many kinds of demon's," She read out loud sitting on the red couch. "There are lustful females, know as a succubus..." She shudder slightly hearing those words come comet of her mouth. "There are devils, ones with the ability to wreak havoc in almost anyway. They have the ability to consume human souls and rumored to form contracts with mortals, at the exchange for their mortal soul, upon signing the demon will protect you until your wish is fulfilled." She read out and heard an knock on the door and she drop the book on the floor as the door opened. Sebastian came in with a tray having some food and tea for her. Sebastian sat it down on the table and saw the book on the floor. He pick it up and read the title before he look at the page it was on. He read through the page before looking at Elizabeth.

Elizabeth stared at her lap not wanting to make eye contact with Sebastian. Sebastian eye turn demonic pink as he smelled her soul. Her soul was perfect. Blissful, yet tainted. Joyous, yet on depression. Altered. Spicy yet sweet. At that moment he was glad that she was looking down cause he's demon fangs showed. He lick his lips so badly wanting to have her soul but he must wait. Until she had her wish for him to fulfill then he can have her sweet soul. Something tells him that something might go wrong with him having her soul. But he never let that bother him, so he sat the book down. He told Elizabeth what was for lunch and what tea they were having. In 30 minutes Elizabeth was done eating and done with her tea. But she was asleep on the couch with the book on top of her chest. Sebastian walk inside the room to check on her but saw her sleeping. He chuckled slightly seeing how innocent she was when she was sleeping. He reach down to get the book from her when Elizabeth's eye snap open.
