Never tell your children how expensive they are. They will think about it. All the time. Every time you buy them food. Every time you spend money on gas to take them to softball games, every single time You spend money on them they will regret it. It could even get so bad that they stop eating because food cost money. They'll hide injuries because they know that you didn't have the money to pay the insurance and you'd have to owe a copayment. They won't ask for the things that they need like tampons, toothbrushes, or deodorant. All because you told them that they are too expensive. You chose to have kids. Do not have children if you are not financially stable. And don't fucking tell your child that they are too expensive.
