My Prince

Before i begin, let me just start by saying, i love you so much. I want to start by thank you, Thank you for being my Best-friend, My boyfriend, my whole wide world, thank you for sticking by my side when anyone else would have allowed me to distance myself from them. Thank you for pushing, Thank you for being my everything. Thank you for understanding, thank you for looking at me and calling me beautiful even when i look like a slob, thank you  for building me up when i'm tearing myself down. Thank you for every last thing you have ever done for me. Thank you for giving me hoodies, thank you for giving me cookies, thank you for giving me kisses, thank you for holding my hand when i need to let out some anger, thank you for promising forever. i promise forever, i didn't think i could because i was scared of being hurt, but there's absolutely no doubt in my mind, that i will spend eternity with you. That makes me sad too, because eternity is defiantly not long enough to tell you how much i love you. I do love you, but more importantly, i am in love with you. i have never said that to anyone else because its never been a thing before you. you seriously are making me a better person, i don't go to church with you just because you go. i go now because i love going. God gave me you, to hold, to cherish, and i know i cant mess this up. That would be the worst thing that has ever happened to me. you love me, you're in love with me.i don't say that because i think that, i say that because the way you look at me, the way you look at me is like no other, the sparkle in your green eyes. I have been asked what i see in you, and the answer is always the same, i see the best version of me in this boys eyes. i see a future. i see us kissing under mistletoe, i see us holding hands walking through the store, i see me visiting you at work with food and a kiss, i see us going to prom, and not caring what anyone thinks because i went with my best friend, i see me walking across the stage and you screaming, and me returning the favor, i see us going to look for apartments, ones that allow doggies, i see us waking up every morning before going to class and just chilling, i see me handing you a towel after you get out of the shower, i see me blaring music as i brush my teeth, i see you dancing around our little kitchen as we bake cookies, i see me walking down an isle that has my entire future waiting where the church pews end, i see my Dad holding on to my arm as he hands me off to the man who will protect me when hes not around, i see your mother getting emotional, i see my mom rolling her eyes at every ugly bridesmaid dress, i see you picking me up as you carry me across the threshold, i see me sitting on the edge of the bed with a pregnancy test worried about what happens next, i see you calming me down, telling me about us starting our little family, i see you holding my hand as i birth our child, i see you driving our little family home, i see you introducing to the house, i see me exhausted at 3 am and even though you have to work in the morning you still get out of bed to go see what our child needs, i see you tucking her in, i see us saying nightly prayers with them, i see us saying grace at family dinners, i see us playing football in the back yard, i see me kissing the boo boos on there knees as they try to ride their bike alone, i see me curling our little girls hair for her first date, i see me holding you back from killing the first boy who hurts her, i see our babies having babies, i see us sitting on the front porch as the sun goes down, i see us old and wrinkly, maybe your bald, maybe i'm still hot. who knows, but when i say i want a future with you i mean this, so ill always end every argument with i'm sorry, i love you. because i know our God is good, but he can still collect you at any minute and i will never have you wonder if i still love you. this is me, promising you my forever.
