"Fionna?" a voice said behind me.
I turned around and it was Cake. She was taking it all in: me lying on the ground; and the blood on Marshall's hands.
When Marshall saw Cake he said, "I'm sorry I..."
"GET AWAY FROM HER!" Cake yelled growing big. Marshall grew into a giant bat creature and they started to fight.
"S-STOP IT YOU TWO!" I yelled. I tried to stand up to stop them, but suddenly, I felt lightheaded.
"C-Cake you don't understand... he was only trying to..." I said, trying to explain, but then I blacked out.
