When the orphaned Jeonghan was taken in by the Lady of the Choi household, his dreams of having a family were fulfilled. However, Jeonghan found himself rejected by the Lady's three handsome sons, and it was made very clear to him that he was nothin...
"Where did you buy it? Is this genuine? Seems quite expensive."
"Honestly speaking, is this couple ring?"
Jeonghan's friends asked, when they saw the shining ring on his finger. They literally bombarded him with a lot of questions.
Jeonghan and his friends were in the canteen eating their lunch. They were sitting in a group of 4. Little did they know that after the mentioned of 'couple ring, a certain someone walked in and heard their conversation. Let's just say it made the person's blood to boil in anger.
"It's actually- No, all of you have misunderstood."
*BAM* The loud sound was heard, making everyone flinched. Some even choked on their food and some had food on their face. Poor people.
"Gave me a shock, what happened?
"What was that?"
Everyone turned around to find the source of the sound to find it was Mingyu with his fist slammed on the vending machine.
'Mingyu?' Jeonghan frowned.
But chattering was soon to fill the whole canteen.
"OMO, MINGYUU!!"
"It's a lucky day to think we saw him!"
"Yeah, he is seldom in school."
"Uwaaaa, that is Mingyu!!!"
"Look Jeonghan, he's looking at us."
"But he seems angry?"
He was indeed looking at Jeonghan's table. Well, more like looking at Jeonghan only. Jeonghan didn't know why Mingyu was giving that scary/glaring look so he just sat there, smiling awkwardly.
"Oh, he left! How I wish he could stay longer."
"Have you seen his new commercial?"
"Yeah, it's awesome and he looks so good in it."
"Oh yeah, heard he is going to do an album soon."
"Really? He wants to be a singer? When is it coming out?
"That means we can't see him in school anymore."
"I don't want that... That is too cruel."
While his friends were talking to each other, Jeonghan took the chance to quietly leave the table. He walked out from the canteen to search after Mingyu. Jeonghan walked through the hallways with his head turning right and left until he turned a corner that led him to the school's garden. And there where he saw Mingyu standing under a big tree.
"Mingyu! What's wrong? Are you angry? Did anything happen?" Jeonghan stood behind him.
Mingyu turned around, facing Jeonghan. "Say Jeonghan, tell me who is he? Who gave you that ring?!"
"Or where did you steal it from?!"
Jeonghan was taken back after Mingyu assumed that he stole the ring. Jeonghan's face flushed red in anger. Then he raised his hand and slapped right across Mingyu's right cheek.
"Say that again! Just because I am an orphan and you think its easy to bully me? And to say that I am a thief!"
Both just stood there stunt. Mingyu placed his hand on his right cheek and after realizing what has just happened, he started to speak, "I don't really mean that-"
"Enough!" Jeonghan shouted. Tears running down his cheeks, "I can't stand this... getting into a ridiculous tantrum. What do you want of me?"
Jeonghan was wiping his tears away furiously but they didn't seem to stop at anytime soon so he gave up and looked Mingyu in the eyes with his red teary eyes.
"Do you know... Speaking mindlessly, someone is bound to get hurt."
Mingyu was stunned speechless for the second time that day. He wanted to say something but Jeonghan already ran away from him.
"Jeonghan, wait!! I really didn't mean it! You have misunderstand me." Mingyu shouted, wanting Jeonghan to stop. But he didn't, so his voice came out as a whisper at the end.
'Jeonghan, you don't understand my feelings...'
...
Ouh, shietttt Mingyu... What have u done? Better solve this prob asap boy or u're not getting any of Jeonghan's love anytime soon( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
