Another fight, another win. These days are getting repetitive. I put my hair into a pony tail and walked out of the bathroom. I'm gonna get myself a new pair of combat boots. My old ones are getting really worn out from my nightly activities. I hate this city. Everyone's just so selfish and lazy. I walked the allies of the city. If you knew who I was you wouldn't approach me. I don't think there is a place of peace on this planet, it's just a past dream the little me had. I'm not the biggest fighter on the streets, some sights really unsettle me. But I am feared by most people who have even an inkling of who I am. You wouldn't approach me in school or anywhere else if you knew some of the things I am capable of. I don't mind being a loner, it's safer for everyone else that way. Hopefully some day I'll get out of this hell hole but I don't think it's possible. Not with THEM looming around. By them I mean the remaining members of gangs I destroyed. All it takes is a word from my boss and a good reason and I destroy anything.

I have major aggression issues that I will go into later and I relieve some of my stress and boredom with street fighting. I am headed to a new bar which is a known street fighting hot spot. I decide to go outside with the biggest and most overly confident asshole and people bet everything they got on the big guy. Little do they know that I was raised by two of the most respected mixed martial arts and weapon masters in the world. I rake in the money after toying with the men who had lined up after my easy victory over the guy they had everything on. I begin the hour long journey to go home to put my nights pay in my foot two foot tall and 2 1/2 foot long treasure chest that I have had since I was 5. It was my grandmother's and it was left to me when she passed of skin cancer. Little did my "family" know that the chest held a necklace inside with a note. The note read "My dearest grandchild. By the time you are reading this I will have passed on. I just want you to always know that I love you more than life and as a token of my love I leave to you my most prized possession. This necklace was given to me by my now late husband. You never got to meet you're grandfather as he died when you're father was a young child. I hope that with this necklace both of us will forever be with you."

I clutched the necklace on my neck that I had consistently worn since I found out it was mine. It was a rectangle, dark blue, sapphire with a silver vine running around the edge of it and tiny diamond flowers. I walked to my luxury apartment building and loosened up a bit, still tense from the multiple fights I had that night. I waved at the half asleep desk lady and took a ride up to the top floor on the elevator. I took a deep breath before entering my apartment. I looked around and my dog started running towards me."Hey Bella!" I said in a whisper yell. I don't know who's home or if anyone's asleep or anything, I don't want to wake them up. She always sleeps by the door until I get home so we can cuddle on my bed. Bella was a pit bull/mastiff mix so she was big and intimidating. She was my great big teddy bear and I know the only way she could hurt a fly is by swallowing it on accident. I crept into the living room to see my sister passed out on the couch, probably from drinking to much. I did her a solid and threw a blanket over her. Her spiky purple hair was almost covered but I didn't bother adjusting the blanket to show her face. I went to my room and Bella followed wagging her tail adorably. I took off my boots, pants, and bra. I satisfyingly flopped on my bed with Bella coming up and settling comfortably on my chest. I looked out my window and saw the first rays of sun begin to light up the sky, and like every other morning this is the only time I can fall asleep.
