"Ayumai stop staring out the damn window and pay attention!" the teacher practically yelled in my ear. I turned toward him. I smiled blushing a bit. "Sorry Mr. Alwood," I said politely. He huffed in annoyance. Without another word he returned to his lesson. I was tempted to stare out the window again but instead I tried to focus on what was coming out if Alwood's mouth. I sighed softly. Staring at the clock we only had five minutes to go before lunch. Hopefully the tall girl won't start another food throwing at my direction. Ketchup stains are quite bother some to get out. I looked at the empty desk in front of me. Supposedly it belonged to Cero Katmire. He comes from a rich family and apparently extremely attractive. A very popular male model for swim suit advertisements. He has never really come to school. All the girls in school want to date him. As for me I am to busy helping out at home ever since the ac- nope not going to think about that. I don't even know what he looks like. I only know his name from roll call. "Class dismissed!" Alwood called. I stood up and got my books and went to my locker. "Hey Ayumai where's you're lunch? Forgot to go dumpster diving?" a girl called. I smiled at her and said "My lunch is in my locker but thank you for worrying," The girl looked annoyed and walked up to me. She looked down at me. "Why are you so short?" she asked stiffly. I laughed a bit. "Because I was built this way it helps a lot in track," This girl asked a lot of questions. I wonder why? "Well you're going to need a headstart to beat me midget," the girl sneered. I nodded. "See you there then," I said abruptly. With that I got my lunch and went to my usual spot. Outside on the school yard. I chewed my sandwich and breathed in the air. Peaceful. Suddenly a rather flashy car squealed in front of the school leaving smoky tire marks. I wonder who it could be?
A guy stepped out and was soon in a matter if seconds flocked with girls. I frowned. Poor guy. Maybe that could be Cero. My frown deepened. If that's true then judging by his height I won't be able to see the board as well.
