'I've been checking out the opposition and I think Harrison Farlade from District 7 should join us. I've been watching him and he seems a more than adequate tribute' I say to the other careers as soon as they let us start training.

'Careful Annie, people will start thinking you like him or something' Winter says

'No, I see what you mean he stuck out to me as well' answers Aaron

'Well, we will all keep an eye on him over today and discuss it after training, then we will tell him our final decision after tomorrows training' Masie state, she might only be 13 but she is flipping lethal 'Annie, you know what happens if we decline your possible ally, Aaron gets him and I get you!'

'Yeah, thats why I'm hoping you don't say no'

'Any other possible alliances that you want to suggest?' Darrington says 'What are Harrisons skills anyway?

'He is a very good athlete, he can work quite well with a spear and an axe' I say

'And he can fix almost any injury in under 5 minutes. I was watching him on the medical station' Aaron inputs

'Okay I don't really care to be honest' Darrington tells us. Wow that boy is stuck up his own arse!

I lob a spear followed by several knifes and a machete at a dummy pretending it's him. And boy was it fun. Harrison runs over with a medical kit pulls all the weapons out of the dummy, stitches it up all in about 5 minutes. The trainer walks over to him and give Harrison a high-5. Trainer analyses the stitches, points at a few things while talking to Harrison, then walks back over to the medical base where he then inputs a score.

HARRISON FARLADE, D7, 15

4 minutes 23 seconds

46/50

Injuries: Spear and several knife wounds to chest. Machete in skull.

Flashes up on screen for a minute than flashes back to the rankings. Harrison is at No.1. Aaron wasn't lying then. That surprises me. I might not of known him long but he seams like the most arrogant git ever.

'Thank's for letting me borrow your dummy. But if I'm honest if that was a real person, I wouldn't of even bothered stitching them up because they'de of been very dead. No matter how fast I could've stitched 'em back together'

'Yeah, it's okay. I brought it up. We are discussing your training tonight then making a final decision tomorrow'

'Tar'

I wonder off to the medical station where I learn to stitch wounds, make a sling, a crutch and an eye patch. He teaches me how to tell i somethings broken, fractured or sprained and also what foods an plants can relieve pain and how to make a concoction to relieve burns. I sorta get the hang of it but if Harrisons in our alliance he can sort out any injuries we might pick up.

I go to the agility station to take on the course. At the moment Tami Hales is at the No.1 with a time of 56 second. I wait until it's my turn. The trainer give me the nod and I run as she sets the timer going. I get to the hurdles and leap over them, clearing them all. Next up is a tricking maneuver up a tree where is leap between fives trees which loom over a 'river of lava'. I get to the cliff face which requires me to use the weapons in my belt to stop the 'tributes from 'killing' me. I hit all  7 of then in the chest with a knife. I go across the cliff face and jump down onto the floor and sprint to the end careful to set of any traps. I finish and check the score board ANNIE CRESTA 1 MINUTE 1 SECOND, I rank 4th after Masie in 3rd with a time off 59 seconds and Josafine Laymoss in 2nd with a time of 58 seconds. It seams that us girls are the fastest with the first boy coming in 5th- Harrison Farlade, with a time of 1 minute 2 seconds. They are going to  have to buck up their game if they want to win.
