Chapter 12

YONGSEON POV

It is already near midnight and it is time that I should go home and rest and prepare myself for the press conference tomorrow .

I changed on my clothes and met the Infinite sunbaes in my way out .

" Sunbaenim . Annyeong Haseyeo . "

" Looks like you two decided to click , huh ? " , Sunggyu sunbaenim said with that piercing voice and tone of voice .

" Ahh . Ne . "

" You are reason why ... we are now separated . "

Separated ?

" Sunbaenim ? What are you talking about ? "

" Don't you know ? Woohyun chose you over his career . After the press conference tomorrow , he will leave the company . And we will lose a brother . He breached his contract of being banned from dating . "

Sunggyu sunbaenim said that and I can't even lool at the sunbaes straight in the eye . I was left by the sunbaes there ... bewildered and feeling the massive guilt in my heart .

I immediately called oppa and after a single ring , he immediately picked up the call .

" Oppa , Hangang , now . ", I immediately dropped the call after telling him that .

I took a taxi and went to Hangang . The view is enough to calm down my nerves for a little bit . I was staring at the river for how many minutes already . And after 40 minutes , I think , Woohyun oppa arrived there . I just noticed that he arrived when he put a jacket to cover my exposed shoulders .

" Why do you want to call me here this late ? " , he is giving me that calm look as if there is nothing happening right now .

I hugged oppa tightly and suddenly burst into tears .

" Why ? You don't need to do that ! You don't need to -- "

Woohyun oppa immediately let go of the hug and kissed me leading me speechless . I can feel all the feelings and emotions that he is trying to convey to me . I can also feel the pain that heis feeling . We are sharing the same feelings now .

" It was all for you . We can still date . I'll just find another company . "

" Don't leave me . "

" I ain't gonna leave you . "

" The sunbaes loathe me . They are now giving me the cold and piercing stares . "

" Don't worry . I'll talk to them . They are my worries , okay ? Let me handle them . "

" Oppa , we're gonna be okay , right ? "

" Yeah , we will . "

Oppa hugged me so tightly and I can feel that the warmth of our bodies are colliding with each other repelling the cold breeze in the atmosphere of the river .

Oppa took my hand and then we went to the streets where his motorcycle was parked . He put on the helmet to me .

" You need to rest for tomorrow, okay ? I'll take you home now . "

Just being able to talk to oppa like that lessens most of the worries that I am feeling now . Oppa and I ride rode the motorcycle in the midst of the cold night all the way home . He kissed me again before I went inside . I changed into m pajamas and went straight to bed .

Anticipating what the tomorrow might bring .

Next day ...

WOOHUN POV

It is already 10 o'clock and it is almost time for the press conference and I can see that tons of reporters did attend there and a huge crows of fans outside the building .

" Oppa , sorry . I'm late . " , Yongseon came and it looks like she was still catching her breath .

" Shall we go , now ? "

" Yeah . "

I took her hand and we walked together to the tables . And the clicks of the camera started . And the tension in the air is so suffocating but Yongseon and I know that we should get through with it .

We publicly admitted that we are indeed dating . The reporters asked many things . About what we liked about each other , how we met , what attracted us the most , how do we managed to date while at work . They asked us about our reactions regarding the matter and Yongseon and I have the same thing in mind . That people would accept the thing that we had .

The conference ended peacefully without any commotion and Yongseon and I then let out a major sigh of relief having both of us wishing the positive response from everyone especially the fans .

" Can you take me to the office ? You can still go there right ? "

" Yeah , I'll take you . "

I still have enough time left to stay in this company and say my farewells . Since the conference was held in our own compsny building , we just walked our way to the office .

" Oppa , can you please go inside first . I'll just get my things in the practice room . "

" I'll get it then . "

" No, it's okay . Go ahead oppa . I'll just get it . " , she said and went off .

I then entered the office and saw the CEO , the members and my manager .

" Annyeong Haseyeo . " , I awkwardly greet them .

" Good job in the conference . You worked hard . " , the members greeted me .

" Go to the practice room now and start rehearsing . You guys will have a concert next month right ? Go ahead and prepare ." , Sajangnim said .

" I don't need to sir . I'll leave anyway . " , I said to the CEO . I am firmly standing in my decisiom .

" Who says you'll leave here ? Continue with your career . We already prepared you some pieces for your solo debut . We won't mess around with your dating life . ", the members said to me .

" Didn't you say that you will remove me in this company for breaching the contract ? " , I asked in a rather bewildered tone .

" You'll stay and you ain't gonna leave . Offer your gratitude to your girlfriend for that . She is the one who made your main song for your solo debut . She loves you so much so you should be very thankful to her .", manager hyung said .

" Go to her . Now . And say your thanks . She has your collaboration song . ", the CEO said to me and gave me that give-it-a-go look .

" What is going on ? "

" Ask your girlfriend . "

I quickly rushed to find her .

What did she do ? What are they talking about ? Solo debut ? Collaboration song ? Me ? Not leaving the company ? What the heck is going on ?
