On their way to the North Mountain, Anna, Kristoff, and Sven came into a very beautiful but very evil looking place. There were spikes everywhere but there was also a frozen waterfall in the distance. There were dangerous icicles hanging from different spots but the trees were covered in glossy, shiny ice. Sven looked scared. Kristoff looked amazed at the sight. Anna thought it described Elsa perfectly. Beautiful but evil. But she couldn't think of her sister that way. 'Maybe she was just misunderstood. Who knows anyway," Anna thought in her head.
"I never knew winter could be so... mysterious," Anna said. Then Kristoff and Anna heard some babbling. They looked at Sven who was still looking concerned at the sights. Then they looked at each other. They were confused. It sounded kind of far away but they weren't sure.
"Who's talking?" Anna asked Kristoff.
"I'm not sure but let's look around," Kristoff responded. So, they decided to look around a little bit. They heard things like,
"What if I drop this? What if the plan goes wrong? What if I will never be seen again?" Then, a snowman came behind Anna, Kristoff and Sven. The snowman was Olaf. Olaf turned to his right and saw them.
'Oh no! That's princess Anna! I need to get out of here!' Olaf thought in his head and started to walk quietly away. Then suddenly, Kristoff turned his head to Olaf.
"Woah look Anna, a talking snowman," he said. Anna turned her head too. Olaf kept walking fast away from them.
"Oh yea! Hello! Can you come here Mr. Snowman? Just for one minute at least?" Olaf stopped. He knew he couldn't keep going otherwise they would chase after him so he turned to them.
"Yes?" he asked impatiently and walked over to Anna, Kristoff and Sven.
"What is your name?" Anna asked.
'I have to be friendly so I'll just say my name and add something cute like, I like warm hugs at the end of it. That's what the queen told me to say if I ever saw Anna.' Olaf thought.
"Hi! I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!" he said.
"Olaf?" Anna remembered. "That's right Olaf!"
'Okay, I have to ask them what their names are now so I don't sound mean.' Olaf thought again.
"And you are?" he asked even though he already knew Princess Anna and didn't really care either.
"Oh! I'm Anna." she answered. "I just have a question. Did Elsa build you?"
'Oh no! What am I gonna say?' Olaf thought.
"Yeah, why?" he said.
"Do you know where she is?" she asked again.
"Yeah, why?" he said again.
"Do you think you can show us the way?" Anna asked again.
"N- no I- I can't. I have a very important quest to do right now. I don't have time to show y- you right now. I - I have to go! Goodbye!" Olaf ran off.
"Wait!" Anna yelled and started to run after him. Then Sven and Kristoff followed her. They tried to follow the snowman but it was no use. He was too quick.
"No! He could've been our guide to find Elsa!" Anna almost cried.
"It's okay. You still have me! She's most likely on the top of the North Mountain because that's the only place where that snowman could have come from so we have to get there. Come on," Kristoff said and they started walking again.
