Recap:
“No, come on let's go Derek” I said grabbing Derek's hand, once we were out of Aiden view, I let go quickly “Um, thanks bye” I started to leave, when a strong grip pulled me back, slamming me against the wall, my whole back ached, I felt a sharp pinch on my neck, my body froze. I Tried to move my leg so I could fight back. His face was close to mine I felt his hot breath on my face. His hands going up my shirt towards my bra, I closed my eye's when his weight was suddenly ripped from me. I couldn't hold myself up. I fell on the ground, unable to move.

I woke up to the faint sound of a beeping sound coming from my left. My whole body ached, I tried to open my eyes but was blinded by the bright light. I moved my left hand trying to feel where I am when I heard a gasp.
“Honey, you're awake?!” A familiar voice said. Opening my eyes I saw my mother, Her eyes tired from the lack of sleep. Her eyes full of concern and happiness.
“Hey mom” I croaked, my voice cracking. She looked at me tears forming in her eyes, She got up and hugged me. When she did I gasped in pain, She immediately stepped back. “I'm so sorry!” She said barely above a whisper. I smiled showing her it's okay.
The door handle turned. A middle aged man walked in with a bored look when he looked up from his clipped bored. His eyes widened, he stopped looking at me with a strange expression. Whispering “She wasn't suppose to wake up.” not intended for me to hear. The doctor walked toward me slowly as if he was testing me. I stared at him, What the hell is this doctor on? I mean I haven't been asleep that long. How exactly did I get here? Where's gang-banger?
“How are you feeling?” The doctor asked, checking my breathing with his stethoscope.
“I'm good, how are you feeling doc?” He chuckled. Freak, he's the one acting weird.
“I'm great, Does anything hurt?” I pointed to my lower back. He nodded.
“Yeah, that's what I expected. You were out for a pretty long time!” His eyes widened, like he said something he shouldn't have. I looked as him raising an eyebrow.
“How long have I been out?” They both looked at each other, when my mom nodded. He looked at me.
“Lexi, do you remember that night when that guy stabbed you with a poison?” He asked.
“No?” Okay, this guy is definitely smoking something.
“Your body had a dangerous reaction to the chemical he stabbed you with. Your system shut down putting you into a coma. You lost all brain function, we didn't think you would come out of the coma. It's a miracle you're even alive.”
“What?” I said barely above a whisper.
“How long have I been out?” I asked.
“four years.”
