Recap:

"What can I get-" I looked up from my small notebook.  I froze, it was him. The one that stole four years away from me.

"Can I get a small coffee?" He asked not recognizing me. I nodded shaking.

"Do I know you?" He asked. I shook my head, speechless. When suddenly I heard the cafe door open, looking to the right, I saw the person I thought I'd never see again.

Aiden.

------------------------------

I backed away from him slowly not breaking eye contact, I couldn't look away. He looked at me with no recognition. Had I really changed so drastically? I couldn't believe that he completely forgot about me, for me the pain still lives on but for him it's just a memory in the past. A chapter in his life he forgot about. I had to go through hell when I woke up, the physical therapy was excruciating.

I looked down at his hands, those hands that had once had a tight grip on my neck. He wasn't a man no he was a monster, a monster that stole lives where ever he went.

"You don't remember me?" I said dangerously low.

He shook his head, confused.

I laughed I'm gonna make sure your ass rots in jail.

I turn on my heels and went back to my stool, my world spinning.

I overheard my mothers conversation with Aiden

"Lexi? She woke up from her coma a couple months ago" My mother said excited.

"Really? That's great! Where is she now?" He asked.

"Why she write over-"

I didn't bother listening I had to hide! Quickly running behind the counter hoping she hadn't seen me. Someone cleared their throat behind me, I shushed them.

"Go away, I'm busy!" I hissed.

"Miss, Murray!" Crap.

I slowly looked over my shoulder, too see my boss glaring back down at me, I smiled nervously.

"Hi." He rubbed his eyes and said,

"Get back to work Murray!" He said giving up.

I heard rushed footsteps stepping towards the counter I was hiding behind. I froze I couldn't move, I couldn't face Aiden.

"Hello, have you seen my daughter Lexi?" My boss smirked down at me.

"Yeah, I've seen her, she practically right under our noses." He said sarcastically. I glared at him.

Slowly getting up I looked at my mother then at Aiden who I had to look up too, His eyes seemed to pull me in. He looked at me adoringly, I quickly looked away and quietly mumbled,

"Hi, Aiden"

I walked around the counter, I can't hide from him no matter how much I wanted to. Apart of me wanted to run away and never look back but another part of me pulled me in. The same feelings I had for him returned. The same butterfly's, the same heartbreak.

Aiden pulled me into a tight embrace, "Your alive, I thought that I lost you Lexi." He said in the most heart breaking voice.

"Aiden?" A voice said from behind us, He quickly let go of me, but his eyes lingered on me until he cleared his throat and looked at the girl behind us,

A tall petite girl looked at us with confusion, I had just noticed her for the first time.

"Hi Lilly." Aiden said pulling her too his side, hugging her waist.

It felt like the air had been punched out of me. I stared at his arms around her waist before looking up at him he continued,

"This is my fiance Lilly."
