Author's note

So here it is! Eheh..

I don't want to ramble too much, so I'll be blunt:

It contains a lot of KaraTodo. Nothing too extreme, just hugs and descriptions about how they feel about each other. If you don't feel comfortable reading that, then don't! ^-^;

I do accept criticism though! So if there's a typo or something that just doesn't sound right, let me know please! It's appreciated :D

Also! In body language, when someone's foot or leg(s) are pointing towards you/in your direction, it means they are interested/comfortable in/with the conversation. Just remember that! You'll see why later in the chapter :D

In comparison to chapter one, this chapter is rather long. How long? Well.

Chapter one was 2.1k.

This chapter is 6.7k.

Get comfy. XD

Anyways, enjoy!

Karamatsu's Perspective

We had all bid our goodbyes to Todo and his family at around 6:48pm, as the sun set. Such a sweet family, with such a sweet son.. I couldn't help but smile as I left, feeling the slightest more of sadness but grinning knowing I'd get to see him again soon. And so I waved to that adorable boy and the burazas, turning on my heel. Osomatsu, Ichimatsu, and Jyushimatsu went their way, as Choromatsu and I went ours, walking in opposite directions.

Squinting against the golden, fierce sun in the horizon before us, we trekked downhill. We began small talk.

"So, what do you think of the party? Should we really do it?" Choro asked, raising a brow a bit more, if even possible.

"What do you mean by that, my buraza?" I nodded and glanced at him. "Well, what if something doesn't work out, or someone can't make it, and everyone's a bit down? Or what if we can't afford it? Or what if something happens and we get in trouble? What if we get drunk and do something stupid? Wha-" he seemed to raise and rush his tone as his apparent worry continued to tumble out of his mouth. He always was the worrywart of the group.

I cut him off with a pat on the back. "My buraza! Do not worry, we shall clarify and verify it all tomorrow! And if not, we shall let the fates decide..~" pulling my shades out of my jacket pocket, I flicked them open and put them on dramatically, letting out a small sigh, "Aah.." as I stared into the distance.

Choromatsu cringed, but his mood seemed to lift a bit. He sighed quietly, "Yeah, I guess you have a point. I just don't want them to be disappointed." "Do not worry! I don't think you'll ever disappoint us, no matter how much you may worry about it. Now, ah.." I patted him on the back once more and glanced over my shoulder.

We're far enough now that the others wouldn't hear us.

"Is it just me, or is something just.. off, today?" I looked at him through the side of the lens, tinting him in a hue of greyish blue. "No, I know what you mean. Ichi, Jyushi, and.. even Oso? Something must be up.." He put a hand on his chin and glanced upward in thought. "Ichi was way ahead of me for once, which, it was kind of a change to walk alone. I never did get to ask him why, and instead, Oso was there. He was late enough to meet me at the door. And he's the one that's never late." I furrowed my brows.

"True. And, yet again, Jyushi never did explain why he was late." Choro was staring at the ground now. "It's just so odd for all three of them to be off, especially so for Oso." he continued, shaking his head.
