You came into the lair to hang out with the guys for the Saturday morning, but you sensed you were a little early when you arrived. The turtles were in the dojo in the middle of a training session with Master Splinter. You stood at the entrance and watched as the brothers sparred with each other. Your focus was mostly on Leonardo, your crush. Even though he was a mutated turtle, there was something about him you found attractive, but there was one thing that always stood out to you the most.
His eyes.
He has the most beautiful ocean blue eyes, they were the perfect shade of blue. They sparkled with determination as he fought with Raphael while Donatello fought with Michaelangelo. A few moments later, Master Splinter took his leave and training was over for the day. You snapped out of your thoughts and stood out of the way of the entrance as the guys started piling out of the dojo greeting you one by one.
"Hello (y/n)." Donnie said.
"Hi Don." You replied with a slight smile.
"Sup (y/n)?" Raphael said as he ruffled up your hair before he left for his room.
"Hey!..." you laughed, "Hello to you too Raph."
"Morning (y/n)." Leonardo grinned.
"M-mornin' Leo." You tried not to blush.
"Yo (y/n)! What up dudette?" Mikey said as he appeared in front of you and greeted you with a high five...or in his case, a high three.
"Yo Mikey!" You laughed. "Not much dude, how bout you?"
"Eh, not much either...but I found some new funny cat videos, wanna see?"
"Yeah sure." You agreed as you both walked over to Donnie's monitor area.
You two probably watched and laughed at cat videos on YouTube for almost an hour until Donatello came and took over to look at the security cameras. So you stayed and hung with Donnie while Mikey went to play some video games. Finally Leonardo came over to you and asked for you assistance in the dojo. He wanted to teach you a new but simple move. You two went to the dojo, you took a seat on the floor and watched as Leo readied himself. He took a katana in each hand, did a back flip and stabbed the air as he landed in a fight stance. He nodded in satisfactory and spun his swords in his hands.
"How's that?" He asked as he turned to you.
"That was cool!"
Leonardo blushed a little. " Thanks, now it's your turn."
You got up and stood next to Leo as he handed you his katanas. You spread you legs and jumped up into a back flip and landed perfectly right in front of Leo, pointing a katana only inches away from his face. He flinched and stared at you with wide eyes.
You chuckled. "I thought you'd have a challenge for me Leonardo."
Leo chuckled.
You and Leo sat in the dojo and talked for over an hour. Eventually it was almost time for you to head back home. You stood up and stretched.
"Well, I should get goin'. I had a lot of fun though."
"Hey if you want, I could give you an escort back to the surface." Leo offered.
"Yeah sure if you want."
As you and Leonardo walked along the tunnels that lead to the surface, you would sneak a glance at the tall turtle every now and then.
Leo's vision panned over to you, he noticed you were staring at him with a dazed look on your face.
"Is something wrong?" He asked.
"No, nothing." You quickly said looking away.
A few moments later, you both made it to the manhole cover that lead outside. You looked up the ladder and began to take your first few steps.
"Be careful." Leo advised, sounding concerned.
"I'm fine Leo, you worry too much." You replied as you made your way up. Leonardo watched you as you made it half way up the ladder when you felt your foot suddenly slip underneath you. You fell backwards and let out a high pitched yelp. You braced yourself to hit the ground but gasped as you felt someone's arms catch you. You opened your eyes and looked up to see Leo's worried face as he held you tenderly in his muscular arms. Your face turned a dim shade of red as he met your gaze.
"(Y/n) are you alright?!"
"I'm ok, thanks." You assure him as he let you down.
He chuckled nervously, "I guess it was a good thing I was here huh?"
"Y-yeah..." You blushed again.
Leo noticed your face turn red. "(Y/n)?"
You didn't quite hear him when he said your name, you found yourself staring into his bright blue eyes once again. "You have beautiful eyes." You whispered out loud, making Leo blink in surprise. When you realized what you said, your cheeks flushed even harder than before in just seconds.
"Oh my God!" You hid your face in your hands. I can't believe I just said that, I must look like an idiot! You thought feeling horrified.
"Hey, hey, calm down." Leonardo chuckled as he tried to pry your hands off your face. Even though Leo moved your hands away, you still had your eyes tightly shut, too embarrassed to look at him. Leonardo couldn't help but find it adorable when you got all bashful like that.
"(Y/n), look at me." He said softly. You slowly open your (e/c) eyes and looked up at the blue clad turtle, startled to see his face only a few inches from yours. "You know somethin'?." Leo smiled, "You have beautiful eyes too."
You blushed instantly as Leo brushed a hand over to the side of your face, caressing your cheek. He then slowly brought your face even closer as you felt his lips touch yours. Your eyes widened with surprise then quickly fluttered shut. Your lips pressed against his as you wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him in closer. Leo wrapped his arms around your waist securely. As much as you both wanted to continue deepening the kiss, the need for air grew too strong as you both reluctantly pulled away slightly gasping for breath.
"Always wanted to do that." Leo grinned.
You blinked, "W-what?"
"(Y/n) I... I put it off any longer." Leo said with uneasiness, "I've been wanting to tell you for a while now that...th-that I like you. I really like you a lot. I can never get you out of my head. You are the most amazing and most beautiful girl I've ever met. Ever since the day we met, there was something about you that attracted me to you. Your the first and only one who accepts me for being me and you embrace me... I guess what I'm trying to say (Y/n) is that, I-I love you."
You couldn't believe your ears. He said he loved you. He loves you! You finally found out he feels the same about you as you do to him. You felt like the weight of the world was lifted off your shoulders. You were too relieved and happy to respond. Because of your silence, Leo drew in a slight breath and covered his mouth with his hand.
"Oh no, (y/n)... I'm so sorry. God, I'm such an idiot! I probably just ruined our friendship. You know what? It's better if you just forget what I said. I didn't mean-"
"LEO!" You stopped him before he could finish. To his surprise, you actually started laughing. " Don't beat yourself up. It's okay...the truth is... I feel the same way for you too."
Leo blinked, "Y-you do?"
You nodded. "...I love you too Leonardo."
You stood on the tips of your toes and lightly pecked him on the cheek. You noticed his green face turn a light shade of red as he stared at you. "(Y-y/n)?"
"Yeah?"
"With all that being said...I was kind of wondering... would you be my girlfriend?"
Girlfriend?! You thought as your heart began to race.
Leo didn't have time to react when you pulled on his neck, bringing him down to your level, engulfing him in a tight hug.
"Yes Leo...YES!"

AH HAH! The truth finally comes out! I'm sure that was the moment you guys have been waiting for. Now I know I've been writing in story mode for the past chapters, but now since you two are together, ;) I can write random moments between you two! Hope you enjoyed this chapter. :D
