Seeking Forgiveness (make up)

Leo's POV
I laid in my room for what seemed like days. I never even came to the dojo for training with the others, much to my dad's disappointment. I couldn't bring myself to do it. It would remind me of how I used to teach (y/n)...when we where together. I miss her so fucking much! Why did I have to be such an asshole?! It's my fault she's gone and I may never get her back. She was the best thing to ever happen to me and I ruined it.
I laid there in my bed and buried my head in the pillows to soak up my tears. My heart hurt so much that I thought I actually felt physical pain. I let the tears flow, not even caring anymore as I sobbed into my pillow.  I was so angry with myself. (Y/n) never did anything wrong. She's always been there for me, comforting me with soft words of assurance, no matter what the circumstance...and I let a fight between me and Raph come between us. But now she wasn't here by my side anymore. I never heard her comforting voice. I didn't get her soft morning kisses. I was alone.
I couldn't take this anymore. I need her back, I want her. I will never be happy without her, I'll always be a depressed son of a bitch if I don't make this right with her. (Y/n) is still my baby, my hogosha, she's my guardian spirit.
I sit up and rub my eyes of the remaining tears and put on my gear. I'm not gonna let my depression get the best of me. I got up and walked out of the room and prepared to head out. I didn't expect Raph to step in front of me. A snarky grin formed on his face.
"Hey look, it lives." He snickered.
I only walked passed him. Not really in the mood for his smart comments.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to see (y/n)."
"She's pretty pissed at you right now Leo."
I rolled my eyes. "I'm well aware with that. "
"Hey Leo!"
I turned to face my brother. His expression changed completely changed. I was a bit surprised. He looked, sad.
"Look uh, about what happened. I'm...sorry."
The fact that Raph actually apologized was scary. But I could tell he really meant it. I smile and nod my head in forgiveness.
"Thanks Raph."
"Yeah, yeah alright now, get goin!" He shooed me, but I sensed a slight chuckle in his voice.
I turned and headed down the sewers to the surface. I was gonna make things right with my girl...tonight.

Your POV
For the last few days you've secluded yourself in your room with a bowl of ice cream and listening to Evenesssence. You've never stopped crying the whole night. Even when your mother called you down for dinner that didn't even faze you. You just sat in your room crying your eyes out staring at the ceiling.  You were hurt about what your former boyfriend said to you. You never thought Leo would ever speak to you like that. With knowing how understanding and compassionate he always seemed to be. Though it never surprised you when you were wrong. Fresh tears trickled down your cheeks as you listened to My Immortal and Everybody's Fool.
You hated to admit it but there was still a part of you that still loved him. Even though he hurt you, when you never even did anything for him to yell at you like that. You were so confused right now. You still loved him but you didn't even now if he still loved you. It was killing you from getting inside out. You fell back on your bed with a wailing sob as you hugged your pillow close to your chest tightly.
Just then here was a firm knock at your window. You froze. You knew exactly who it was. You hesitated for a moment, debating whether or not you should open it for him or just wait until he leaves. But knowing you, you weren't that cruel.
"I must be an idiot." You mumbled and went to open he curtains. Sure enough it was Leonardo, staring at you from the other side. You didn't expect to see tears running down his face. For some reason your heart softened. Without giving it anymore thought, you decided to open the window for him.
You slid them open and as soon as you did, two green muscular arms grabbed you and pulled front half over the window sill into his plastron. You were a little taken aback by his action, you really didn't know what to do. Then you heard his quiet sobs and you felt his tears start to drip down on your hair. You gently pushed him away to look into to his eyes, which were all red and puffy. You felt sorry for him though you didn't now why. You're good heart was getting in the way of how you should actually be feeling. The look on you face turned smug and he tone of your voice was bitter.
"Why are you here Leonardo?"
He sniffed. "Look honey, I-"
"Don't! Just don't!" You broke away from his embrace. Tears threatened to fall from your eyes. "You have no right to call me anything after what you did. I didn't deserve any of that."
"I know (y/n), and you're right. You didn't deserve that. I wasn't even angry with you."
"No, you just needed someone to take all your anger out on." You spat.
Leo winced and turned his eyes away from you in shame. You heard him sniff a few times. "I know (y/n). You're right. *sniff* You're right about everything. I...I just don't know what to say...All I can tell you is that I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart. *sniff* I came to make things right with you.  I want you back. I want to hold you in my arms again. I-I need you back (y/n), I'm miserable without you."
You stood here with your arms crossed over your chest. You sighed and looked away, looking annoyed. But you were really thinking. He sounded like he meant it. Oh God how you wanted to believe him, you really wanted to.
"I-I don't know Leo...I feel like I need more time before I decide anything."
"(Y/n) please!" Leo's voice broke, "I'm so, so sorry for hurting you. It was never my intention. I was a  jerk. There is no excuse that can justify my actions. Just please honey...*cries* Please come back to me. Please!" *cries*
You stood there in in complete disbelief hearing his desperate pleads and cries. You watched him crying on the window sill. Nobody who didn't mean what they said would cry this much.
You finally had enough and pulled him into a gentle embrace, his head rested on your breasts while you rested your chin on top of his head.
"It's okay baby...it's alright. I forgive you Leo. Please don't cry anymore."
His sobs slowly turned to soft cries and he mustered enough courage to look into your beautiful eyes.
*sniff* "You forgive me?"
You nodded, tears trickled down your cheeks. "Yes."
You then felt his muscular arms wrap around your waist, returning your hug. "Thank you baby. I'm very sorry. I'll, make it up to you somehow. "
You just smile and press your forehead against his, whiping away his tears and kissed his nose.
"You already have."

Sorry this chapter was so short, but hey, you two are back together!!! Yay!!! Now you can get back to the lovey dovey stuff. Lol. I hope to update soon. This chapter was actually a spur of the moment. Thanks so much for enjoying this book so far. Luv ya!!! ;D
