Chapter Sixteen

This time, no one could save them. Bellamy had no idea what to do. Ever since he massacred that Grounder with Pike, everything had gone wrong. Bellamy had been so sure that he was doing the right thing. But he guessed that everyone does that. Anyway, what was done was done. Lincoln was dead. The ones that turned against Pike; Kane, Miller, Octavia, Sinclair and Harper, succeded to escape. Just to be captured by the Icenation, that now controled Polis.

The Icequeen had, according to rumors, two powerful nightbloods. Two people that could heir the role as commander. Which meaned that soon, one of the queen's nightblood had to kill the other. That was the Grounder's way. Lexa was dead and so was all her nightbloods. Anyway, the thing is that the surviving nightblood would be the new commander. But Bellamy wasn't sure that he wanted any of them to win.

When the Grounders dragged all of them into the commander's hall, they got a big suprise. On the commander's throne sat the icequeen, with her two girls beside her and one of them was Akela.
"Very good, Wanheda" the icequeen said, "Soon, Arkadia will fall"
Akela nodded to the Queen.
"Our men found these skypersons that tried to escape from us. You and Ontari can do what you want with them"
The Queen smiled coldly and walked out from the hall with all the soldiers. Now, it was only Akela and the other girl that was left with them.
Bellamy was so deep into his thoughts, that he didn't realize he was staring at Akela.
"Seeing something you like, Skyboy?" The other girl asked and took up a knife, "I'm going to stab out your eyes! Nobody is allowed to look at my sister that way..."
"Ontari!" Akela snapped.
"He has to be punished" said the one named Ontari.
"I've a much better idea" said Akela and smiled very creepy.
Ontari started laughing.
"The dogs?" She asked.
"Why not?" Akela said.
"The best idea I ever heard on a long time, Wanheda" Ontari said and walked over to Akela.
Ontari and Akela grabbed each other's wrist.
"Ai no fir raun" Akela said.
"Ai no fir raun" Ontari replied.
