It felt good when Akela was inside the gates of Arkadia. But that feeling didn't last long.
"Kill the Grounder!" Someone screamed.
"Wait! She's our friend!" Monty screamed.
A man that Akela never had seen came forward to Monty.
"How do you now that she won't betray us?" The man asked.
"She helped us, when none of you were here" said Miller and looked at the people who stood around them.
"Never trust a Grounder. Once a Grounder, always a Grounder" said someone.
Then, the crowd attacked Akela. But they didn't hit her for long because the man, who came towards to them, first stopped them. Apparently he was their leader.
Akela rised from the ground.
"Jus drein jus daun" she said.
The leader took up a gun and pointed it at her.
"English!" He said.
But Akela didn't answer.
"Savages" the leader said and shoot her in the leg.
But Akela didn't fall to the Ground. She stood straight up and looked at the man.
"Ai no fir raun" Akela continued.
The leader didn't say anything, but he looked suprised. After that, he walked away.
Everyone followed him, to see what he was going to do.

When Akela walked around the courner, to see what he was doing, she fell on her knees. The leader was going to kill someone she knew. Someone that taken care of her, ever since she was a child. Lincoln. Akela closed her eyes and heard the sound of a gun shoot. After that, she screamed. She screamed so loud that the whole world was shaking. Akela could never help it. Because she couldn't control it.

After a while Akela could hear a familiar sound. It wasn't dogs. It was horses. Akela knew what she had done. Akela the outcast had doomed every single man, child and woman of the skypeople. She turned and walked over to Lincoln's body. Akela closed his eyes.
"Yo gonplei ste odon" she said
"Akela" someone said behind her, "What have you done?"
She turned and faced Jasper.
"Akela is no longer" she said, "Ai laik Wanheda"
"Does that mean what I think it does?" He asked carefuly.
"Did you really think that they would just let me go?" Akela said, "Azgeda is to cruel for that. But I've learned the truth about the Skypeople there. She let me go, with one term"
"Akela?" Jasper asked, "What are you doing?"
"I can see the clarity now, Jasper. We're not the savages. People like him are"
Akela pointed at the Skypeople leader.
"Through Nia, I've understand what needs to be done" Akela said and sounded fierce, "Every member of the Skypeople must die"
She started walking to the sound of horses. But Jasper grabbed her arm.
"What have they done to you?" He asked.
"They didn't do anything. Your people did" she snapped, "Your leader have just killed the man who raised me! Your people attacked an army, that was here to protect you! Your people killed my friends!"
"What is that?" Jasper whispered, "That sound?"
"It's horses" said Akela, "That to your leader, the Icenation will wipe you out. The commander can't protect you anymore. Neither can I, Jasper. This world will burn, save what you need"
"Akela..." Jasper said.
"I am Wanheda" she said loud, "The commander of death"
Jasper was going to say something, but she walked to him and whispered something in his ear. Something that made everything more complicated and confusing then before:
"Run. Please Jasper, run. Go to Polis. I'll be waiting there. Take Bellamy with you. I can't get away from the Icenation, you have to help me. No matter how far I escape, they always find me. The Icequeen want my power and if she realizes that I'm not on her side, she will kill me"
Then, she walked away from Jasper and disapered into the dark forest that surrounded Arkadia.
