He who finds a good thing

What drives fear into our brains to create things

that we cannot even fathom.

A completely different reality glazed in

the serendipitous ocean of sunshine and rainbows.

The cards fold, one love

Love pouring through these fingers

To paint a picture of my soul

So that you may never forget me

What perfect vessel of pain is this, the same one

That if I hadn't tried to carry

my heart

It wouldn't be broken,

My mind wouldn't race to you every chance that I have

Alive and well, but somehow very shaken

Real imitates real...

Roses pain themselves red,

The hatter claims himself sane

Is this real or am I falling ill,

Imitation is only flattering when you can

Figure out the most real of them all.

What type of love is this?

If you smile, I smile to

If you scream, I'll scream to

Insanity is only believing in doing

The same thing

Over and over again

Thinking it is gonna make a difference.

The difference is that I feel like

Around you,

I'm safe...

Your smile like a ray of sunshine streaming

From the everlasting arms of Jesus himself

Your laugh

Has me falling so hard for you

It's almost like, I'm myself with you

Don't get me fooled

And tell me that you just want one thing

For in the blink of an eye things so happen

To be so sacred that to

The listening ear it almost seems to be

One of the same stories in our history books

When you hurt, I hurt too

When the heart is heavy what does one do

Pray because it wasn't my intention to

Fall in love with you!

In all of your ways

It's the way you aren't afraid to be yourself

Around me

The way you can carry a conversation for so long

The way you look at me when you think I don't notice

I can tell.

And when a man finds a woman

He finds a good thing!
