(Alexis)

I rapidly shook Chris, trying to awaken him but he didn't budge, I rolled my eyes and decided to just text him, so that he wouldn't be worried when he woke up, and didn't see me.I pulled up my recent text messages, seeing Chris's name at the top.I clicked on it, then made my way to the door.

Me-When you wake up, I'll most likey be having lunch with Eric, feel free to gtfo!. :* 12:45pm

I reached out to open the door, but stopped when I saw something moving in my peripheral vision.I turned my head in the direction and saw Chris looking at his phone, I smacked my lips so hard that I was certain that he heard me, but he didn't.All that time that I put in, trying to get this nigga to wake up, and all it took was a little bing that the phone made, when I sent him the text message. I so badly wanted to march over there and hit him upside his head, but a soft knock at the door, forced me to tear my eyes away from Christopher.I looked in the peep hole, seeing a smiling Eric. I yanked the door open, and almost instantly I was being pulled into a strong embrace. It just dawned on me that, never had I once mentioned to him where I lived, but I didn't comment on it, but instead, let him lead me to his all grey 2009 dodge magnum.I knew nothing about cars, but this one, I knew. I got in the car and watched as he mimicked my exact moves."So where are you taking me?" I asked, snapping on my seat belt.He chuckled a little before turning down the radio, that he was obviously previously blasting."I have no idea, you choose." "Umm, McDonalds?" I asked shrugging. To me there was nothing wrong with McDonalds, well except their bathrooms, but you can't really blame them for that.He nodded his head and drove us to our destination.

"So tell me about yourself." Eric, asked hopeful. A smile spread across his face, as if to encourage me not to be shy and open up to him. Mentally, I groaned; I hated introductions; I never knew if I was saying too much, or not enough. Awkwardly, I shifted in my seat and looked away from Eric, who was sitting directly across from me in the secluded booth.Realizing that I had remained silent, and lost in thought for a while I pursed my lips attempting to conjure up the best response I could give."Uh.." I began. "Well my name is Alexis, but you already knew that. I'm 22 years old, my favorite color is red, well I don't necessarily have one, but if I were to choose, it would be red, or maybe a burnt orange.I rambled shyly."You nervous or something?" he questioned as he picked up a chicken nugget and bit into it. I shook my head no quickly causing him to squint his eyes at me.

"You sure, cause if you are, you shouldn't be." He spoke, making reference to my little ramble; which caused a smile to appear on my face. It wasn't until he made a goofy ass face, with his eyes criss-crossed that I began to laugh."See, no need to be nervous."He assured."It's not that I'm nervous, I just don't know how to introduce myself. Like I don't know what you want to know about me or what I should say or shouldn't." I replied, somewhat justifying my behavior. He looked at me with a thoughtful expression before replying."How about, I ask you questions, you answer, then you ask me questions, and I answer. I know there's a name for this but it ain't ringing any bells, anyways, is that cool?"He asked."I believe the game you are referring to is 21 questions, but yeah, that's cool. You go first." I said smiling. He began rubbing his hands together, moving his head from side to side, all the while he had a playful facial expression.I shook my head at his goofiness, and took a bite of my burger."What's your full name?" He asked, taking a sip of his drink."Alexis Anaya Moore, yours?"

Both Eric and I had been sitting here, acting crazy as hell, receiving stares from random people for the past half an hour. In addition to our playful stupidity, we've both equally learned quite a lot about one another. For example; I learned that Eric is 24 years old, He's a momma's boy; she's the number one woman in his life, he knows his father but every since the separation, his relationship with him has been somewhat strained. He has one sibling; a girl, and he loves basketball. 'Basketball was and is the one thing that I could always rely on, it would always be there. Like an older brother who if I had one, I'd go to for advice or maybe to vent to, and gain comfort, I'd receive the same type of comfort from basketball, ya feel me?' he had stated. All in all, after this little date with Eric I had a new found respect for him and was even more intrigued by him than I was before. "This was nice, Eric, really, maybe we could do it again sometime." I asked, more as a question than a statement."Yeah, most definitely."He agreed pulling up in front of my house.I sighed heavily when I saw two very familiar cars parked in the driveway.Eric put his hand on my thigh, stopping me from getting out of the car."Are you okay?" he asked with concern."I'm fine, thanks for lunch it was fun."I said before kissing his cheek and getting out of the car.I adjusted my beanie on my head, and waved to Eric.He was such a gentleman, that it was almost foreign to me.Especially since I only hang around part-time assholes.I unlocked the door quietly and walked softly towards where I heard the voices at.I know I had no reason to be consealing in my own house, but I was mentally preparing for the worst.I stopped in front of the living room, and leaned on the door frame.Just as I expected, in my living room, sat Michael, Chris, Alisha and two other people, a girl and a boy.I wasn't as heated as I wanted to be, but I was still gone give them a piece of my mind.I just fucking cleaned this living room before I left, and now it looks as if it weren't cleaned in months.I softly cleared my thoat, getting everyones attention, If I wasn't so irritated all of a sudden, then I would have laughed at how everyones' eyes got big like they were caught robbing a bank, but I didn't even smile.I really wasn't in the mood anymore."Alright, look I'm only saying this once so listen up.Clean up this fucking living room, and then get the fuck out! Understood? Yeah, I'm understood." I commanded in a calm voice, it actually scared the fuck out of me when I heard it come out of my mouth, but I guess I just wasn't in the mood to be yelling."Mierda. Y si tengo que volver aquí, estoy filmando a alguien!" I threatened, Alisha and the other girl immedietly stood to their feet and started picking the trash up, with wide eyes. While everybody else stared at me as if I were the last slice of cake.(Translation-Shit. And if I have to come back down here, I'm shooting somebody!) I angrily stomped up the stairs and hopped under the covers, trying to take a little nap before I go work out.
