Briar's POV

I wasn't trying to death glare Tara, It just happened. How to nap properly was my subject! It always had been! But NO it was TARA who got all the glory! But no matter, I would give myself a sleeping potion tomorrow and become the top student once more. Anyways, next class! Looking at my list, I grinned. 'chemhistory lab' one of Tara's favorites! I think. I don't really remember that much, but I kinda wanted her to cheer up a bit. Or maybe she wasn't in that class period, maybe she was doing dream reading, or spell calibration. How BORING. I continued over to chemhistory lab, sitting down in the front row.
"Class" the teacher, Jane Krinning, clapped her hands loudly.

Class had been boring, as well as taking tests about your elements. I just vine-tied my teacher to one of the pillars (we were in an outside pavilion) and left. My element was OBVIOUSLY plant life. A common element, but still fun to use. I went to my dorm room, face-planting on my bed the second I came in. HARD! that was all the day had been.

Another morning, whoopee. Tara took up the bathroom, AGAIN. I got dressed in a happy yellow shirt and green jacket. Along with jeans, shoes, and headband. I was ready for another day of classes! I waltzed to how to nap properly, and drank the potion, it would be active in 3 minutes. I grinned at Tara, she wouldn't be top of the class anymore! I slowly drifted off to sleep, happily dreaming of A+'s.
I woke up to my teacher shaking my arm. "Well done! We have a new napper champion! Maybe tomorrow we can have a napping contest!"
I half sneered, half grinned at Tara, who was staring blankly at the chalkboard.
