Eva Cullen

First Day of School

"Do I have to go?" Eva whined at breakfast the following morning. She was about to go to school for the first time after being home schooled all her life.

"Yes, if we have to so do you" Emmet said whilst Rose made sure everything was packed in their daughters school bag. "Now remember Esme and Carlisle are your parents and the rest of us are your older siblings" he told her again. Everyone was going to school together besides Esme and Carlisle. Carlisle was going to start his new job as a doctor at the local Hospital. "Esme will pick you up after school, remember tell no about what we are" he said handing her, her school bag.

"Time to go" Alice said cheerily grabbing Eva's hand dragging her to the car, as she looked pleadingly at her Mother. But Rose shook her head said goodbye to Esme and Carlisle, followed her family to the cars. They dropped Eva off first and before they left Alice said "remember you are a Cullen and be yourself".

Eva walked to the front office and the receptionist asked "are you the new student?" in a bored but friendly tone. Eva nodded, "lets see, Evangeline Cullen here you are" handing over a small file to the child. "Now Jesse here will show you around the school, class starts in 10 minutes. Don't be late" the receptionist said pointing to an other little girl waiting by the door.

Eva followed Jesse quietly whilst she showed her were their classroom, bathroom and cafeteria are. When they got to class Jesse said shyly "there is a spare sit next to me" pointing to two chairs near the window. Eva nodded and followed her to the chairs sitting in the window seat as the teacher walked in.

"Good morning class, today we have a new student Evangeline please introduce yourself" Mrs Smith said looking at the roll.

Eva stood and said calmly "hello my name is Evangeline Cullen, please call me Eva, I like cats, the colour amber and my family & I just moved here from Alaska" before seating down again. The class clapped and said hello then the teacher went back to taking the roll.

(Few hours)

Jesse and Eva went to lunch together & got a table together were Jesse introduce her to her other friend Olivia. They got along will and it wasn't long before the three of them became best friends and called themselves the 'three musketeers'.

At the end of the day Eva saw Esme's car and headed towards it saying goodbye to Jesse. However, she saw a couple of boys picking on Olivia and decided to help out. "Hey, leave me friend alone!" she shouted standing in front of Olivia to protect her. Jesse joined them and stood in front of Olivia next to Eva facing the bullies. The boys looked a little nervous even scared when they saw the look in Eva's blue eyes and left immediately after apologizing to Olivia promising never to bully anyone again.

Eva waved to her friends and went to Esme's car & got in. "That was a good thing you did, how was your day?" Esme said when she started driving home.

"It was great, I made to best friends and I put a stop to two bullies without getting violet" Eva said happily bouncing in her seat. She was excited to see her parents and tell them all about her first day at school. She also wanted to hear about their first day as well and Carlisle's first day at work went.
