(This is after Bella found out about Vampires)
Eva was playing in her room, waiting to be called down to lunch. When she heard glass breaking she ran downstairs to the kitchen asking "what happened Momma?" seeing the broken glass at her Mothers feet. Everyone went quiet looking from Eva to someone behind her. She turned and saw Bella next to her Uncle looking shocked. "Bella!" Eva shouted about to throw herself at to dazed teenager, when Carlisle picked her up.
"Eva I thought we told you we would call you when lunch was ready" he asked his grand daughter.
"I heard the glass breaking and thought someone was hurt" Eva explained pointing at the broken ball.
"I'm sorry, I knew you didn't eat so.." Bella said trialing off looking at everyone.
"It is quiet alright, that was very considerate of you" Carlisle said smiling gently handing Eva over to Emmet.
Edward decided to give Bella a tour of the house and they left taking Eva with them. Not before Eva heard Esme telling her Mother off, which made her giggle quietly. They showed her the bathroom and Eva's room before she was called downstairs for lunch by her Grandmother. She hugged both Bella and Edward before running back to the kitchen. "I didn't know she was your sister" Bella said when Eva had left turning towards Edward.
"She is actually my Niece, Rose and Emmet adopted her a few years ago after her family were killed by a bad vampire" Edward explained. He knew he could trust Bella no to tell anyone. "We just tell everyone she is our sister and that Esme & Carlisle are parents, to avoid any questions being asked" Edward said when he saw Bella's confused look. Bella nodded understanding and promised not tell anyone else.
