Serena's POV
Oh my gosh he asked me, he asked me! Calm down Serena, gotta keep cool.
"Sure but give me your number cause I don't know my number by memory."
"Ok, do you have paper?" he asked
"I have a recite from Hot Topic and eyeliner I can write with."
"Ok, (817)799-7148 <------- (NOT REAL!)
"Ok, I will text you when I get home id I don't get my phone taken away." I said with a sigh in my voice.
"Why don't you have your phone with you now? And why would you get in trouble?" he asked with concern in his voice
"I left my phone at home to charge and I might get it taken if my mom finds out I ditched school." I replied
He chuckled out his cute chuckle and smiled at me.
"Well how much time do we have till' you have to go?" He asked
"What time is it?" I asked
"It is 3:11." he replied
"Ok, we have exaclty 49 mins till 4:00 when I have to go."
"Cool, does that give us enough time for me to get to know more about?" he asked with a smile
"Its depends on how much you wanna know." I smiled back
"Ok, what was your childhood like?"
I frowned a bit and he could tell I was sad.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." now he looked sad
"No, it's ok." I said with a small smile and he stayed quiet
"Well my childhood was pretty crappy. Thank God Lillian adopted me at the age of 5. But things still sucked. In elementary I was fine but in middle school and still now in highschool people would make fun of me because of my clothse. I couldn't wear any band t-shirts without getting my ass kicked. They would always call me "emo" for wearing hoodies and whenever I didn't wear hoodies I would wear bracelets, but I honestly never did cut. Well maybe just one or twice but not much." A small tear started rolling down my cheek and Jesse wiped it away and softly kissed my cheek.
"I'm sorry Serena. I wish I had known you so I could have helped you." he said looking sad
"It's not your fault Jesse." we were now both laying on the sand on our stomach facing eachother.
"I wish I was there for you." he said softly
