Stolen Kiss

I wiped the stray tear halfway my cheek,as i heard a tap on my bay window.

" Peaches." I said smiling as I wiped my tear stained cheeks,
I can't hide my reddening nose,and my teary eyes.

She opened the window as I walk to the bay window to seat with her.

" Were you crying?" She said a skeptical look written on her face.

" No." I said meekly looking away.

I'm such a bad liar.

" Then explain why your nose is red." She said a challenging look on her face as she crossed her arms.

" Allergies." I said straight without stuttering.

" I'm not convinced." Maya said as she scooted closer to me invading the space between us.

" Tell me." She whisper-yelled.

" You know that Farkle Minkus." My voice cracking in between my sentence.

" Oh that bad ass,that famous Minkus' son,that fuck boy,that genius,that—" Maya uttered as she pointed at me,like she was recalling the remark he left.

" Yes Maya,The only Farkle Minkus we know,His name is too unique." I said my voice low and soft.

" What about him?" She said lifting her short legs up,resting it on the pillows.

" Well,It just,You know that..." I uttered my voice cracking from the embarrassing obnoxious  moment.

Maya waited patiently as I wiped a tear rolling down my cheeks.

" He invited me for lunch—" i was cut off by Maya.

She jumped, her eyes widen " You're dating the bad boy?!" She yelled as I shushed her

" No,It's a long story,short, he invited me for lunch as an apology for being mean to me,He even fed me like i was a baby,and his parents were there watching us,It turned out it was spicy,he laughed I asked for water but he gave me a cup of vinegar,I cried in front of them Maya it was so embarrassing i walked away home telling him he got me." I finished breathing in to catch my breath.

" That little piece of—" Maya said ready to go out the bay window to tackle him.

" I'm fine Maya." I said pulling her from going out.

" No,And if there's someone that should be embarrass it shouldn't be you,It should be him." She said flashing me a comforting smile.

" I love you Maya." I said hugging her tight,she hugged back

" I love you too Riles,That's why I'm doing this." She said balling her fists.

" If you really love me you would obey me,Do not go at Farkle's just to tackle him." I said crossing my arms.

" Love is confusing." She whined as she sat back on the bay window crossing her arms pouting,furrowing her eyebrows.
