Elphaba's POV:
I step out of the train, and Oz is exactly how I remember it. The Emerald City is the same...green everywhere. Even with this I can't take my hood off, that is if I want to stay anonymous.
Then I see something that catches my eye, Glinda the Good, the new ruler of Oz...she's ruling Oz now? This is going to be harder then I thought.
