It's been 28 years now dad
It's so weird dad
I'm 7 years older than you
I'm older than my dad
Not the best of feelings
Anyway Ty is 8 now
He asked me the other day
"Why don't I have a daddy?"
I knew he would ask me someday
I explained to him that every family is different
And that you don't always need a daddy or a mummy
I said he has an Uncle Calum, an uncle Luke and an uncle Ashton and that nobody else has them (except for me of course)
He seemed pretty satisfied with that answer which I was definately glad about
On a not so good note... Mum has cancer
She's had it for a few years but only just old anyone
She only told us because she found out that she only has a few months left
At least she gets to be with you and you get to be with her again
Me Ty and the guys are spending as much time with her as we can
It's kinda like
Everyone's waiting for it to happen
I'd prefer for her to go tomorrow than in s few months just so she's not in pain anymore and so everyone isn't counting down the days
