Chapter 7

Ethan's Pov

James. Of course it was him. I felt that same odd feeling I did at lunch as I saw James take Yashfa to his car. I need to stop. I decide to kill some time on my phone as I wait for Grayson and Katya. Oh look Yashfa texted me.
Hey sorry I'm not going to be riding home with you guys today! James kinda forced me to go with him! xx -Yashfa
Ugh! I don't know why but I feel James has been a little too friendly with Yashfa. Whenever I bring it up causally to Grayson he just says that they've always been like that. So why am I noticing it just now. I quickly respond to her.
It's okay babez I'll see you later ;) xx - Ethan
I put my phone down as I see Katya and Grayson coming towards the car.
"Hey Ethan where's that bitch at?" Katya says while laughing.
I don't get those two, they curse and insult each other but are still sisters. Girls.
"She went with James." I say with zero emotion.
"Oh damn." She says in a playful way.
"What?" I ask confused.
"Oh nothin." She sits in the car as if nothing happen.
I look over to Gray and he shrugs his shoulders and pats my back.
I ignore it and drive us back home.

Katya's Pov

Ethan drops me home and I kiss Gray on the cheek and hug Ethan goodbye even though they live literally right next door.
I walk in and start doing my homework being the nerd I am.
A couple minutes later I receive a message. I open it and sees its from Grayson which automatically brings a smile to my face.
Hiiii I'm bored. PLEASE HELP ME!!! - Grayson
I laugh at his text and reply.
What do you want from my lifeeeee?!!!! :p - Katya
Not even a second later he responds.
Come over;) -Grayson
His simple text made butterflies appear in my stomach. K I'm weird.
Should I go? I mean I'm still doing homework... Erm fuck it I can do homework later. I reply back to Grayson.
Be there in a few! Xx - Katya
I get up and get dressed and start to head over to his house.

Grayson's Pov

I smile to myself as I read that she's coming over. I quickly get up and get presentable.
I'm in the middle of changing my clothes but I hear the doorbell ring.
Ugh no ones home what do I do, I'm not superman that I can change that quickly. I decide to just go for it I mean I'm wearing pants at least. I open the door and see Katya standing there. She looks cute. She smiles at me but then looks at my bare chest and blushes and looks away.
"Hi." She says quietly, not knowing where to look.
I smirk at her and bring her in a for hug and I make sure it lasts for a bit.
"Hey baby." I smile to myself knowing she would blush.
"Go put on a shirt please." She pushes me away while laughing
"Hm okayyy, I'll be back in a bit." I walk away to put on a shirt.

Katya's Pov

He had to be shirtless. I knew I probably looked like a tomato. Ugh why do I have to blush so much. I calm myself down before he comes back. Wait no one else is home.
Oh damn.
I shake off the nerves for some reason that I was feeling.
I decide to text Yashfa while he's changing.
Hey gurl what's up with you and James lately huh? - Katya
I always mess with her about James it's so funny.
Shut up Katya. He's just my best friend! He just wanted to hang out that's it. -Yashfa
She could be so naive sometimes. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that James likes her. I mean I feel like she does too but she likes Ethan more. Right? Okay I'm confusing myself.
Hmm just best friend! That's why u ditched Ethan for him huh? -Katya
I knew I was kinda starting to get on her nerves but don't I always.
Bye Katya. - Yashfa
I laugh to myself.
Bye Yashfa! LOVE YOU- Katya
A second later she responds.
Yeah sure love u too bye -Yashfa
I laugh once again and set my phone down and not even knowing I see Grayson standing there staring at me.
"Oh um hey when did you get back?" I awkwardly say.
"A minute or 5 ago maybe." He laughed while sitting next to me.
"Sorry I was just talking to Yashfa."
" I figured." He said while putting on a movie and getting comfortable next me.
His arm was around me and damn was my heart beating. I ignored it and focused on the movie. This is gonna be one long hell of a movie.
