Soon, it's time to go. Laura picked up her bag and IPod and made her way out of LockWood Inn. Rocky, Rydel and her had decided to meet at their house.

When Laura had checked her phone in the middle of serving a British couple, she had come to see that Rydel had texted her.

Rydel: Heyy! Meet me at my house?

She had attached a picture of her house, with her address. Laura had replied, which lead to both of them chatting for a long time.

They just clicked. Suddenly, Laura found someone just like her. Well, not exactly. But, someone who was like Laura- the Laura she was before everything went downhill.

After walking down the road, she came to face a pink coloured house- Definitely Rydel's choice, Laura smirked- with a small fountain in the front.

The statue in the middle of the fountain was none other than Johnny Depp, in the form of Captain Jack Sparrow.

Then, she came across a guitar. A pink one, to be specific. As she walked towards the enterance, a weird feeling came over her. She felt at home.

Believe it or not, after years and years of feeling like she was an outsider in her house, she felt like this was her home.

THIS, was like home? This house where she had never been before, where she was about to meet her new friends.

Should I even call them my friends?

Before she knew it, Laura was at the door and she knocked. Once. Twice. Thri-

The door was opened with a thud, and someone was pushed into her. What a day? Someone or the other keeps getting in my way. She internally rolled her eyes.

Laura was gently pulled up, and she saw a very long guy standing in front of her who was wearing a Beatles shirt.

"Sorry! Rock pushed me ahead." The guy shrugged. "That bastard," He quickly seethed with anger, "I'm going to kill him! Arrgghh!"

Taken aback by the boy's behavior, Laura gave him a weird smile, before finally saying, "I'm- uh, I need to meet Rydel?" She said it as if asking a question.

She nervously looked around, as if thinking that Rydel would suddenly appear out of thin air.

"Oh, so you're the chick that Ry kept talking about! Hah!" That guy smirked. As if on cue, Rydel came running to the door.

"Lauraaaa!" She engulfed Laura into a really big hug; it was like they were childhood best friends.

"Oh, I see that you met Mr. Chaplin!" She giggled, looking towards the guy, who was looking at Rydel as if he was in love with her.

Laura thought that Rydel didn't realize that he was looking at her in that way, and if she did, she didn't show it.

"Come on, let's go! Mr. Chaplin can manage on his own!" After hearing that, the boy- Mr. Chaplin –as Rydel had called him- glared at Laura.

Laura gulped, feeling thankful when Rydel dragged her inside. She'd learnt a quite lot of names today, but she was sure that Mr. Chaplin was definitely not the person she wanted to come across ever again.

::::::

As she thought about it more and more, Laura finally came down to the fact that she had seen Mr. Chaplin before.

Not necessarily seen him, but there was a certain familiarity to him. She couldn't catch hold of any memories, or instances that she could have possibly ever seen him.
