Hannah's P.O.V
"Mom, can I go to Lexie's for dinner?"
"Sure, just be home by 10." She answered.
"Ok, thanks." I said and walked out the door.
Lexie is my best friend. We've been friends since she moved in, a few doors down, 8 years ago.
I walked out the door and started to walk to Lexie's house. I was walking for about 5 minutes then I reached her house. I walked up to the door and knocked.
*knock knock*
Her older brother, Zach answered the door. When he saw who it was he rolled his eyes and call for Lexie. "Lexie, your dumb friend is here!". We've never really got along.
"Ok, coming!" She called back.
"Hey Lexie." I said
"Hey, come on. I want you to meet my cousin." She grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the kitchen.
"Ow! Lexie, let go!" I said in pain.
"Oh sorry," se said, letting go. "Hannah this is my cousin, Brad. Brad this is my best friend, Hannah."
"Hey." He said.
"Oh, hey." I said nervously. He's so good looking! Holy fuck!
Brads P.O.V
"Oh, hey." Hannah said cutely. She so pretty!
"It's nice to meet you." I said holding my hand out my hand for a hand shake.
She shook my hand and nodded. When we touched I felt sparks. I hope she did too.
"Well lets go watch TV in my room." I heard Lexie say, which ruined the moment.
"O-ok" Hannah said and let go of my hand.
They walked off and went up stairs.
~At dinner~
Hannah's P.O.V
"C-can you please p-pass the peas?" I asked Brad nervously. I don't know why I'm so nervous around him.
"Sure, here." He said and passed me the peas.
We were having ham, scalloped potatoes, and peas for dinner.
After dinner, I helped Lexie with the dishes. Then we went up stairs to hang out.
Before I knew it, it was already 9:55. I needed to go home before I was late.
"I need to go home. Cya tomorrow." I said to Lexie and walked out of her room.
As I walked down the stairs, I saw Brad jump off the couch and write something on a piece of paper then started to walk in my direction.
"Are you leaving?" He asked me.
"Ya." I answered him.
"Oh ok. Here. Text me sometime?" He said and handed me the piece of paper.
"Sure." I said and walked put the door.
When I got outside, I unfolded the piece of paper and saw that he wrote his number on it. I smiled brightly and toke out my phone to put is number in. I saved his name as 'Brad ;)'.
I continued to walk home. When I got home I said goodnight to my mom and went to bed.
I can't stop thinking about him... Why do I feel this way?
