Brad's P.O.V.
"Baby? Baby, can you hear me?" I say to her, with tears running down my check.
"Wh-who are you? Where am I?" she asks confused.
She doesn't remember me? How can she not remember me?
"I'm your boyfriend.." I say.
"What?" she asks.
"I'm your boyfriend and the father of your babies."
"I have babies?"
"Well not yet, you are pregnant with our twins. There were triplets, but we lost one in the car accident."
"What car accident?"
In all this confusion, I didn't realize that my mom had left the room. By the time a saw that she was gone, she had already gone to get the doctor to come check on Hannah.
"Would you mind waiting out in the hallway for a few minutes, while we check her vitals?" the doctor says to me and my mom.
"Y-ya.." I reply.
my mom and I leave the room and take a seat on the couch that is in the hallway.
"She doesn't remember me, mom." I said, starting to cry again.
"She will. Don't worry, honey. She will be fine and she will remember everything soon." my mom replies.
A few minutes pass before the doctor comes out of the room.
"She will be ok, but there is a problem. She may never remember her past. All she knows now is that she is in the hospital. She even thinks she still lives with her parents. I told her about the babies, but I think you should leave her alone for a while so she has time to adjust to it." the doctor says.
"Ok, thank you doctor." I reply.
My mom and I leave the hospital, planning to come back tomorrow. On the drive home, I can't stop crying. I just can't believe she may never remember me.
Hannah's P.O.V.
I don't understand what happened. I wake up in the hospital, I'm pregnant with twins, I have a boyfriend and I live with him and his mom? This is a lot to absorb. I don't remember what happened with my parents and no one will tell me. Why?
I just wish I could remember. I feel so bad for my boyfriend.. he never did say what his name was so I don't know what it is. I wish I could say I love him but I don't remember how I felt.
All I know about the accident is that there was one and that I wasn't driving. That's it..
"How are feeling, Hannah?" a doctor asks as he walks into the room.
"I'm.. ok, I guess." I reply.
"Any pain?"
"A little."
"Yes, well that is normal. I'll get you some pain killers." he says before turning around. As he was about to leave the room, I say something.
"Doctor?"
"Yes?"
"Will I ever remember my past?"
"You might. There is a chance that you wont but, it would be best for your loved ones to bring in things that will bring your memory back. I will talk to your boyfriend and his mother tomorrow."
"Oh ok... My boyfriend... What's his name?"
"Brad Morgan and his mother's name is Jessica Morgan."
"Ok, thank you doctor."
He leaves the room, leaving me on the bed with my thoughts.
Brad? Jessica? I've heard those names before...
I start to get flashbacks to when I met Brad, at Lexie's house.
I know remember how we met, and I remember Lexie and the fact that they are cousins, but that's all I have from my past.
A few minutes later, the doctor returns with a pill and a glass of water.
"Here you go." he said, handing them to me.
"Thank you." I reply.
"You\re welcome, do you need anything else?"
"Well, I was wondering if it was possible to have my personal belongings. Did I have a purse or anything when I came here?"
"You had a purse with a wallet and a cell phone but we had to trash your clothes."
"Oh,, ok. Could I have them? It might help me regain my memory."
"Sure, I'll go get them for you." he said, leaving the room.
He was only gone for a few minutes before returning with a box.
"Here you go, did you take your pill?" he says, handing me a box.
"Yes, I did. Thank you." I reply, taking the box.
He leaves the room and I open the box.
In the box there is a brown purse with a shoulder strap. I take it out and put the box on the floor. In the purse there is a wallet, cell phone, vitamins, and mints.
I take out the wallet and look inside. It contains an ID card for my school with my picture and grade on it. There is also a bank card and $35.00 cash.
I then put the wallet back in the purse and take out the cell phone.
I turn it on and open the contacts app. I only have 67 contacts. As I scroll down the list, I don't see many names that I remember. I saw my mom and dads house number so I decided to call it.
As it rings, I'm nervous but I don't know why.
"Hello?" I heard my moms voice on the other end.
"Hi? Mommy?" I say happily, starting to cry.
"Hannah?" she asked confused.
"Yes."
"Why are you calling?"
"Well I'm in the hospital because I was in a car accident. Or at least that's what the doctors are telling me. I don't remember anything after my 14th birthday."
"And? What am I supposed to do? You're not moving back in."
"Oh.. I don't even remember why I don't live there anymore. Could you at least tell me that?"
"You got pregnant and didn't tell us about your boyfriend."
"So you kicked me out?"
"Yes. We can't have a slut living in this house. I don't want to be talking to you anymore. I would say that you and your child will have a good life, but I don't. Bye." with that, she hung up the phone.
I lay down, I start to cry. After a few minutes, I sit back up and start to look through my text messages.
I read the texts from Brad.
They help with my memory, I now remember everything about Brad.
