Kevin
I walked out of the house in a rush. I had exactly 15 minutes to get to work and my job was 30 minutes away. Hopping in my car I started it and sped the whole way there.
I text Dre earlier letting him know I didn't get off til 12 so he wouldn't leave the door open. That nigga did that shit last week and I came home to 2 crack heads trying to take my shit out the house.
Dre was more of the problem child than I was. I mean I do shit like smoke and drink, and I may slide to the club every now and then but it wasn't like the shit my brother was into.
I pulled in the parking lot of McDonalds and got out. Looking at my clock I seen that I had 5 minutes til it was time for me to clock in. I had to be driving hella fast cause I thought I would never make it in time.
After chilling for a few minutes I grabbed my hat and put it on and walked inside. The manager spoke to me and I nodded my head. "Right on time Kevin, your on front counter today." She yelled. I sucked my teeth and walked to the back and clocked in. I hated this job. If it wasn't the customers coming in with they stank ass attitudes, it was one of the workers saying some smart shit.
I washed my hands and walked to front counter where I had a line of people. Smiling I asked the first customer what they wanted. They scanned the menu for about 4 minutes before they decided to order something off the dollar menu. "Look today is not my day! So please be trying to see what y'all fucking want while y'all are waiting to order cause a nigga ain't got time to be waiting on y'all. Half y'all mother fuckers need to learn how to cook cause obviously y'all asses don't if you coming in this bitch every other day!!" I snapped. Four of the customers got mad and walked out mumbling something under their breath and I rolled my eyes. I didn't care cause that was less work for me to do.
I watched as my manager came from the back and she stood there watching me. I cant stand her. I put on a fake smile and turned back to the line i had and she walked away.
"Next!!" I yelled and the next person stepped up telling me everything they wanted. I smirked. Now that's more like it.

Me and Kyla decided to have a girls day out before she went on a date with Justin. We had been to the nail salon, hair dresser, shopping, and now we were sitting at Olive Garden waiting on our food to arrive that we just ordered. I crossed my legs and sat my phone on the table we were sitting at as I took a sip of the drink that the waiter had brought us a couple of minutes ago.
"Here's your food ladies, enjoy!" The waiter said as she put our food on the table and walked away. I glanced down at my chicken Alfredo. It looked so good. I looked at Ky as she rubbed her hands together before digging in. "Slow down girl damn." I said and she smiled as food was stuffed in her mouth. Taking a bite of my food I heard my phone vibrate signaling I had a text message. Ky looked across the table trying to see who it was. "Dang best friend you nosey as fuck" I chuckled. She shrugged her shoulders and continued stuffing her mouth with food. She was really embarrassing me.
I unlocked my phone and seen where a number that I didn't recognize text me. Reading the text I realized it was the guy I had met from the club.
He had asked me was I free tonight because he wanted to spend some time to get to know me better. I text him back yes and said he could come over my house cause I knew Ky probably wouldn't come back home til morning.
We agreed on 11:00 and ended the convo. Ky begin smiling and I grew annoyed asking her why the hell she was smiling at me. "So who is he?" She asked. I shook my head and continued to eat my food. "Oh so you ain't gone tell me. Shit it gatta be somebody cause your ass been smiling since you got that text...spill it!"
